Our stay was relaxing, peaceful, and filled with great conversations with the other house guests.

The breakfast was delicious and had very filling portions. We had something different every morning. Jamie was a gracious, sweet hostess while her husband cooked a hot meal. The street where the house is located is very nice with easy parking. We enjoyed sitting on the porch and relaxing in the evening. The king size bed was very comfortable.

As an unfamiliar bed and breakfast guest, I didn't realize that "private bathroom" meant that the bathroom was across the hall. The other 2 rooms in the house have attached private bathrooms. We adapted. The bathroom was very nice with room to store our essential bath items. Our room had a very nice make-up mirror and table which were very convenient. If you have difficulty with stairs, this house may not be the best for you. The walk is close to the trolley but perhaps a little longer than you envisioned if you walk to the Falls.

Staying at the Butler House B&B is a must.

We loved everything about this beautiful B&B. Just a short distance to Rainbow Bridge to Canada. Peaceful to sit on front porch with cup of coffee. Obvious to see that Dan and Jamie are ultimate hosts, from beautifully decorated interior and exterior of the house. Dan is outstanding chef and foods served were tasty and delicious. Jamie is perfect hostess with care in serving you the best experience.

Disappointed with this stay

We got a king bedroom with a detached bathroom. There is nothing on the booking.com site for this bed and breakfast that indicates that a Deluxe King Suite does NOT have an en suite bathroom. We are senior citizens and we each have medical challenges that make having an en suite bathroom very important to us. I would NOT have booked this B&B had I known beforehand.

Historical bliss with a side of breakfast awesomeness!!

The breakfast was absolutely amazing and delicious! The hosts are extremely friendly and helpful. They have lots of recommendations for the guests, they even offer maps and umbrellas for the rainy days. Overall the house is amazing. They did a great job decorating and even did a surprise set up for my birthday!

The only take aways were the lack of a personal refrigerator and microwave. We had gone out to eat and had left overs but weren't able to bring them back. It's an older historical home so it has thin walls and squeaky original hardwood floors, so it can be a little disturbing at times

We had a truly delightful stay at Butler House Guest House. From the moment we arrived, the Dan & Jamie made us feel incredibly welcome with their warm hospitality and attentive service. The guest house is beautifully maintained, combining charm and comfort in equal measure. Our room was spotless, tastefully decorated, and offered all the amenities we needed for a relaxing stay. Breakfast was a real highlight—freshly prepared with quality ingredients and served with a personal touch that made each morning special. The Butler House is a rare treasure.

Stayed at the Butler House for our honeymoon. We stayed 5 nights. Daniel and Jamie are wonderful gracious hosts. They have a very good knowledge of the area. The walk to Niagara Falls was about 10 minutes. The Niagara aquarium is worth it also and is at the end of the block. The breakfasts were amazing with something savory and something sweet. We are so thankful we stayed here and thankful to have met Dan and Jamie. Wishing them the best in business, love, and life. Hope we have the opportunity to stay again

Such a wonderful stay had at The Butler House and the most amazing breakfasts

Recently came back from a trip to Niagara with my husband. We stayed in the Regatta Room which was beautiful and very comfortable. Jamie and Dan were amazing hosts and gave us plenty of suggestions of what to do in the area and where to eat. The two course breakfasts were absolutely superb.

Exceptional

Both Jamie and Dan were great hosts, attentive and responsive. You can tell they truly want everyone to have the best experience in Niagara Falls. The room was comfortable and nicely decorated. Breakfast was delicicious. Only the doors lock system was somehow complicated, until you learn how to operate it.
