Truly an amazing experience!
Food was exceptional, Dan and Jamie made everything from scratch so it’s all fresh and tastes great. They are very attentive and communicative, offering information about places to go and nearby restaurant. Location is very conveniently close to many things.

We were well cared for. The communication was quick and helpful and the location is just minutes from the Niagara Falls park and even the boarder to cross into Canada. The breakfast included was amazing. There was one other couple at the house and so we enjoyed breakfast with them (from Hamburg Germany). The place was nice. If we come back to Niagara we would consider staying here again. The front porch with swing is FANTASTIC. My wife and I enjoyed the front porch after breakfast and what a treat.
NONE OF THESE COMMENTS ARE DETRACTORS FROM THE BUTLER HOUSE, just things about the house that we appreciate knowing when we read other people's listings and feedback. The neighborhoods around the Falls (as a general rule) just feel and look run-down. The street this Bed and Breakfast is on is safe and comfortable. This is super minor to our stay but we were offered fresh fruit on the online listing but there wasn't any to enjoy. Again, being super minor but we thought we could eat whenever we wanted but we were asked to eat at 8:30 with the other guests. We did have until 11 to check out but that was a bit of a bummer as we like to sleep in when we are away. No real complaints...but just things that we did comment to ourselves about.
