Beautiful, historic home that underwent thoughtful restoration. Will, the host, was warm and helpful. He’s also a chef and made a delicious breakfast. The house is on a pretty residential street and is convenient for getting to the falls.
No negatives.

Interesting historic property, feels like staying in the museum. Will, the inn keeper was super nice and made us gourmet delicious breakfast! Quiet, comfortable room. Very cute guest cat outside. Good location next to Niagara Falls and rainbow bridge.
The area looks a little rough in some places.

The historic Marshall House is lovely. The owners are great hosts, exceptionally responsive to questions and requests, and just plain good folks. Breakfast’s prepared by Chef Will were absolutely delicious. We loved the location as it made it very easy for us to walk to the Falls and get on the bike paths.

It appeared to be a historical B and B which it probably was.
Our room was filthy I could write in the dust on surfaces. The bathroom was extremely small so mall my husband could not use the shower. We couldn’t even turn around in it. The toilet was almost to the floor never seen one that short! Hope to never again see one that short. The bed creaked horribly whenever anyone moved so not much sleep was had. The innkeeper that met with us was very nice but had only walked around the neighborhood he said once or twice however he recommended walking to the downtown area for restaurant choices which we did. This isn’t a nice neighborhood for walking and felt unsafe. We received a text after checking stating the other guests were wanting breakfast the following morning at 10 am. While they offered to fix us something earlier, if we wanted we decided we just wanted to get out of there. My husband couldn’t sleep worrying his truck would either be gone or up on cement blocks with no tires. We were outta there by 9 and never looked back!

The house was beautifully decorated and loved all the antiques. The room was cozy with a private bathroom. The staff were very accommodating and the chef was awesome! He was willing to cook our breakfast earlier than it is normally served to accommodate our schedule for departure. The location is perfect for visiting Niagara State Park.
No issues with the property at all. Our GPS brought us through a rougher-looking neighborhood so we were concerned, but the surrounding area of this house is nice and friendly.

A beautiful house. Matt and Cherrish really maintain that house nicely and make its history come alive.
I enjoyed the porch in the morning..the coffee that was available, the lounge that was open with lots of books and brochures to study..
The house is old so the amenities are as well..maybe the price should reflect that a little... but in any case far better than staying in one of those non-descript bunkers a little further downtown.

They are AMAZING. It was my mother’s birthday and they had flowers in her room and a special breakfast. It made her day!!!

Maybe just the window (in the Scott Room) ,wasn’t shut properly because of the AC ,for the summer is fine, but for the cold season I guess will be a problem for the guests!

The house was beautiful and our history was very helpful. We especially enjoyed breakfast on the front porch with a friendly cat.
Nothing really. It was all very nice.

I love the History behind The Marshall House. Let me not forget the Hostess Destany. She was such a pleasure to talk with. Very sweet, kind, and respectful.
There was nothing I didn’t like about The Marshall House.

Close to the niagara Park and the aquarium where you can ride a trolley to the area of the maid of the mist

Wonderful home and location.
Only downside was we selected the balcony room for the outside space, however we were not able to use it due to the large number of bugs. I don’t blame the property for that, but would select a different room next time.

If you like history and want to go way back in time 60 years, This is the place for you. we enjoyed our self and communicated with the owner by text, if we needed anything she took care of it immediately. I like that it was very private and quiet. even thou their were others staying their we didn't really notice. we did not eat breakfast as we were up and out early 7am to explore , we peeked in at the dinning area it was
"beautiful " older looking setting - very elegant.
The air condition didn't really do the job to stay cool, it was comfortable. We thought a better unit is needed. The tub is a the older claw tub " high " and the water didn't go down in it " older pipes " it took a long time my husband thought that really needs to be addressed as he showered behind me. The Water pressure was amazing. If you have issues lifting your legs into a tub, or Balance standing or Climbing stairs this would be a issue for u to stay here.

Was a historic house with minimal spoop. Big fan, 11/10.
The neighborhood was gorgeous but the surrounding area on the American side was not great. 1812/10 on the Canadian side.

Breakfast was excellent!
Not many choices on the television and there should be instructions on how to use it along with passwords. Also, a phone contact for the innkeeper would be helpful.

I loved the history of the home and how close it is to Downtown Niagara/Niagara Falls State Park. It’s on a nice quiet street.

The food and management of this gem are unbeatable. The value of your plated breakfast and the amenities, including snacks and coffee, make this bed and breakfast a true value. It felt like home away from home!
I do wish that I had a preference to book a room with either a shower stall or a bath/shower combo. It certainly wasn’t a deal breaker, we just prefer the combo. Not altering the floor plan of this historic home is important, so we understand that some rooms have smaller baths! :)
The mattresses could be updated. Ours was a little firm for our liking. Pillows and blankets were soft, and perfect.

Breakfast was outstanding. Staff was super. Everything was clean and comfortable and relaxing. Within a mile walk of Niagara Falls.
The downsides were that I could only walk about 1/2-1 mile away from the B&B by myself without feeling unsafe. Also, that our bathroom was detached from our bedroom.

The owner Matt met us upon arrival as he was outside doing some yard work and was very welcoming. We did not have the pleasure of meeting his wife Cherrish.
The Marshall house is a piece of history and has a warm and inviting atmosphere. It had literature to read about its history and also some artifacts from its history.
Except for the bathroom being a little bit too small, our accommodations were comfortable.
We didn't like not having options for breakfast. It was whatever they made. I personally am not that fussy, but my girlfriend, for example, doesn't like her eggs runny or quacamole and that is what was our 1st morning breakfast. I made the suggestion to Mary Jean to maybe have 2 or 3 options to choose from. She agreed and would mention it to Cherrish.

工作人员态度友好
早餐不仅品种少而且量还很少,吃不饱,向工作人员反映情况也得不到解决。
