Nice historic home, reasonable walking distance to the falls, level 2 EV charger only two blocks away.

The breakfast was so yummy and tasty.
A queen size bed would be better than double size.

The overall location and appearance were good.
The complete lack of personal attention, apart from the chef we had no contact with proprietors at all apart from messaging. The shower room was in serious need of modernisation and was also of inadequate size for a double room. The balcony was totally misrepresented in the photographs on Booking.com and was practically unusable. Whilst we could appreciate the interior decoration and appearance it felt a little like being with Miss Havisham in Great Expectations but thankfully without the cobwebs.
