Comfortable stay

I had a great stay at Sunny’s place. The room was clean, cozy, and the bed was very comfortable. I stayed for two nights and enjoyed delicious breakfasts each morning. Sunny is a warm hostess. The house is about a half-hour walk from the Falls, and only about 15 min to Rainbow Bridge, and the walk along the river is very nice. I enjoyed that stroll and the lovely location. I would definitely choose to stay here again on my next visit to Niagara Falls.

Location is excellent as a base for seeing the falls, visiting Niagra-on-the-lake, and checking out area wineries

By no means a dislike and we didn't have a problem with it at all. Just be aware that the host asks guests to remove shoes. Had we known that we would have brought slippers.

The price was right!

Sunny was a wonderful host, friendly and full of recommendations. She also welcomed feedback on the places we visited and restaurant experience. The best part was the lovely guests, and we enjoyed the lively conversations at breakfast. Food was good and plentiful.

The rooms are so small, making it a challenge to even walk around the bed, and little room for suitcase, etc. The bathroom was super small, and the walk-in shower was the tiniest we've ever seen, making it impossible to lean over to wash legs & feet. We're average-size adults and barely fit into the shower, so larger people would find it impossible to use, or would become stuck in there for life! No closet, just a few hooks and coats, clothes and handbag; 3-4 plastic hangers were available.

This is a pretty, well-appointed inn, hosted by a gracious and caring owner.

The location was easy to find. The inn is located in a cluster of residences and other BnBs. We had no trouble parking. Breakfast was delicious and filling. Our host, Sunny, is a warm and caring person who went the extra distance when we needed her help. I was very satisfied with the experience and I highly recommend her inn.

Great walk to the falls - wonderful breakfast- the host Sunny was very kind and attentive, very clean - parking available. Found the room accommodating and clean. Really enjoyed the visit with the other travelers at breakfast.

Location was excellent. Close enough to the falls that you can walk but far enough that it's quiet at night. The room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was varied and delicious. Host was always on site and attentive to the guest needs.

The room booked did not have an on suite. But there was a private bathroom available. There wasn't any air conditioning but it was comfortable enough to open the windows. There was no television, so you would need your own entertainment.

Steep stairs to bedroom. Difficult with heavy luggage. Bedroom too small. Nowhere to open suitcases only lift them on and off the bed to open. Suitable for short stay if using a backpack or small case but we are travelling for six weeks with luggage

A delightful place to stay in a pretty and quiet area with easy access to the falls and tourist area

A very pretty place to stay close to downtown, the train and bus station, the river, and in a quiet neighbourhood a long walk (2 km) away from the bright lights of the touristy area near the falls. The falls are easily accessed using the Wego shuttle bus. The bedroom and ensuite are small but comfortable and you have access to the dining and lounge common area and an outside verandah. A short narrow flight of stairs leads to the bedroom. Your host Sunny is a pleasure to meet, very helpful, provided excellent communication for your arrival and a great breakfast.

Excellent value, great location, friendly host!

The Bed & Breakfast WeGo bus stop on River Road is only a block away in a safe neighborhood. Downtown (less touristy) is only a few blocks away. Using the entry code for the front door was efficient. Comfy mattress and pillows, hot shower and soft towels. Sunny is a friendly hostess and her breakfasts were delicious (Canadian maple syrup!). She asked if I had any food allergies. There is a coffee/tea setup in the dining area, as well as dishes to use, and a fridge is available to store leftovers.

Excellent! The house is very attractive, very clean and very comfortable.. The bed was excellent (as we get older, that matters more and more to us. ;-) There was plenty of hot water and everything worked. The room is small, but pleasant, with two big windows; and the lounge on the ground floor was very comfortable when we wanted to spread out our maps. Breakfast was perfectly cooked and attractively presented. The location was just right for our needs - about a half hour walk to the Falls in one direction, about a ten minute walk to the restaurants on Queen Street in the other direction. Sunny is an excellent hostess, even to the point of salting around our car after an ice storm and helping us to get our luggage organized and out.
