Additionally, the hotel was in a central location to all the activities we had planned and the rate for the room was a steal for the quality of the hotel.
All the rooms didn't have microwaves and I was in a room without one. Not a huge issue though since there was a microwave in the lobby that guests could use.

Very comfortable and spacious for a family of four for a night. Very reasonable pricing. Restaurant was not overpriced like a lot of hotels.

The hotel was beautiful and our room looked great. Nice and roomy which was important since we were meeting friends and wanted space to hang out.
We had an issue with the heat in our room. We could not get the temp above 66 degrees which was ok when we were sleeping but the rest of the time we were cold.

I have been successfully modified and was updated, but booking did not tell hotel and made mistake, i paid for extra one day money, but in the end, they refunded the money to me, it will take several business days to my account.

Breakfast and wait staff were okay did not like watching the staff handle food without gloves. the additional cost of parking that’s hidden charges that are not included were surprising due to cost of stay.

Nothing much the rooms were a bit dirty the standard wasn’t on top for that type of price, the bathrooms were dirty in the rooms you guys didn’t clean it properly. I’m really disappointed for paying that type of price and receiving not what I would expect. If possible is it chance for partial refund I have pictures of yellow ceilings etc
Pretty much everything I came back at night to the hotel I paid for parking and when I came back there was no parking I had to park on the street. The restaurant management coming to you as soon as you seat with the tip card how much would you like to tip them even though breakfast is included.
Room was supposed to to be with water view and it was like terrible water view I don’t know why they even call that a water view at all that’s literally a joke I would love to if you guys could give me a partial refund for this terrible stay.

The hotel was very conveniently located to the sights we wanted to see. The room was clean and comfortable. The parking easy, staff very friendly and helpful. We were able to check in early, very nice, were given good recommendations about walking to the park. Our meal in the evening was very good, great selection of entrees, drinks, and the server was very attentive and helpful.
The morning was a bit frazzled. This was NOT the fault of the kitchen or wait staff. There seemed to be a shortage of staff to serve breakfast in whatever capacity that means! The food was good, the coffee hot, the service was good which had to be hard given the number of guests to servers.

Could be cleaner - hotel hallways needed to be vacuumed/cleaned (dirty). Couch in room was stained dirty - should be cleaned. Did not sit on it. Other than that - good.

The property is situated near Niagara Falls State Park. The access to transportation is great. The rooms are well-maintained and clean. Great choice of restaurants and cafes around the property.

I didn't like anything about this hotel
We booked two king suites and one large room with two queen beds. I contacted the hotel weeks in advance to confirm the reservations, and they assured me everything was set — even confirming again just two days before our arrival. But when we got there, they told us all the suites were booked and only queen rooms were available — and they weren’t even close to each other.
I reminded them that we booked weeks ago and had multiple confirmations, but the woman at the front desk was extremely rude and dismissive. She didn’t even look us in the eye and just kept saying, “There’s nothing I can do. This is what we have — take it or leave it.”
When I said I wanted to cancel and shouldn’t be charged since the mistake was on their end, they told me it was my responsibility to cancel through Booking and they wouldn't help. I explained that if I canceled myself, Booking would still charge me because it was less than 48 hours before check-in. I had to raise my voice and make a scene just to get them to give me written confirmation that I wouldn’t be charged. The woman did nothing helpful — she just kept repeating “I got you” but offered no real solution. It was a man at the front desk who finally stepped in and gave us the confirmation.
They completely ruined the start of our vacation. On top of that, the public restrooms on the first floor were filthy. I would never stay at this hotel again, and I absolutely do not recommend it.

Location of property they had a restaurant it was new and fresh and comfortable
The walls were thin. The guests on our floor were loud and obnoxious the waitress that we had the evening prior was not friendly and our TV’s remote didn’t work.

The check-in process was smooth. The hotel provides for car parking which was handy as I didn't want to leave my car in the street parking. We are a family of 4 and the room was big enough to provide us the space. The room was very clean and the bathroom too was pretty big. The hotel is located conveniently near niagara falls about 10 minutes walking distance. We could conveniently park and walk to the falls. It was also nice walking to the falls in the night for the light and fireworks. The check-out process was also quick. Overall had a pleasant stay at the hotel.
