We checked in late, due to the flight/bags/car rental. However, the hotel staff (didn’t get his name) already had everything ready for us. The hotel was very nice as always, with Cambria. Thank you all for the great hospitality and service! Will be back :)

I booked a king bed w/sleeper sofa with a falls view. When I got there, they reserved a room with 2 queen beds. I asked about what I had booked and the first lady stated there were no rooms available with king bed and sleeper sofa with a view of the falls. I took the one they gave me and the view was of the walls of another hotel. I went down to speak to someone, as this was unacceptable and then I was told they have no rooms that had a view of the falls. They have one that has a view of the river. Ok, I took that one. It was better but not great. The rooms were very clean. The bathroom shower had horrible water pressure. It took 10 minutes to get all the soap out of my hair and I have short hair. The bar was nice and the staff was very polite and as helpful as possible but maybe not as knowledgeable as they should be to work the front desk. I would try another Cambria but probably not this one again. I also have never been to a hotel where I had to pay to park in their own lot, $20! I’m already paying for hotel. Why would I need to pay to park there as well?

The rooms were excellent and roomy. Breakfast was awesome with many options. The restaurant have a great variety for dinner. All food was exceptional. Mike at the front desk was so helpful. The staff for breakfast and dinner were excellent.The Cambria was top in all areas.

The room was in excellent condition. The room wasn’t sound proof so I keep hearing loud thuds from above. Also it sounded like construction beams falling one morning at like 8 am

Very nice hotel. It's renovated, clean and I actually was able to sleep. Most of the time I can't sleep in a hotel but the bed was comfy. It doesn't have many frills to it but my most important thing is it being clean and it was spotless. Also the lobby smelled good. It's close to the falls. I'd stay again! Staff was very friendly too. We originally were going to stay at doubletree but last minute changed our mind and I'm so glad we did. They charge for parking but I think this is standard practice for this areas very happy and pleased with our stay. Thank you

I like the room design which promotes a very clean experience. There are no rugs, the bed is on a platform, and the bathrooms are very clean. Also, it is perhaps the most comfortable bed I have ever experienced at a hotel. I'm not a big fan of the paid parking, particularly in places that don't justify it, but the competitive rate made up for that.

This is a very nice hotel. Central to a lot of walkable places. The staff was very friendly and helpful. The only drawback was no microwave in the room so we had to go downstairs to heat up our food. Overall had a wonderful experience and would definitely recommend staying at Cambria Hotel! Nice size rooms. Beautiful views!

Hotel room was clean and stocked. Front desk staff friendly. Tried to buy snacks and my cards would not scan. Had to be hotel kiosk. First floor men’s bathroom dirty and not stocked with tp or paper towels. Bar service not great. Hotel area nice and lot well lit.
