We enjoyed our stay and felt very much at home.

- Staff were kind and provided a generous gift for our stay, as we were celebrating on of our birthdays. - Building and room we stayed in were very clean. - Hotel is in close proximity to major attractions and many restaurants. - Room amenities were in working order. - Hotel was very quiet during our winter stay, which was relaxing. - Parking is close to front entrance, which is practical in winter/colder months.

- The room we stayed in was slightly outdated, but we noticed there are plans to renovate within the hotel, which is great. - We stayed in a jacuzzi bath king room. The room was very spacious, but the bath was very small, and tough to fit 2 people in. Add a bigger bath to compliment the space, and you’re good! - Gym area is small and needs more equipment, especially when there are more guests staying at the hotel. - TV channels were fuzzy, so signal wasn’t the greatest.

The location was good the breakfast was good and a lot of good food to eat. The room was good for what I needed

The parking was bad I needed the wheel chair parking. They did not hold my spot had to park away from the door and walk a distant. I was charged for a third person and was not told because I added them after I book The room was good but they need to clean better. I found candy under the chair.

The room was very bare bones for the price. No artwork or decor. The bed was very uncomfortable, little better than plywood.

Outstanding

The staff are amazing, the lady on reception was very helpful, we phoned for extra towels and they arrived within minutes. We had a suite which was spotless and very roomy. The breakfast was outstanding. Even my fussy teenager had a plate full , we stayed 2 nights, and the hot breakfast was different each morning. The pool was a godsend to keep my daughter and her cousin happy. We stayed here before and will definitely be back 🇮🇪 🇨🇦 🍁

It was nice to get away - but we were hoping for more ~ nothing special at all.

Breakfast room was handy and clean - they did not have any "go cups" for coffee for 3 of the 4 days we were there.

It was our 30th wedding anniversary and we told them that - and it was on the booking ~ there was nothing special done to acknowledge the mile stone at all - very disappointed by that.

Disappointed

The staff was very nice. They made a good recommendation for dinner. The room was clean.

They are in the process of renovating the hotel (much needed!), but we obviously didn't have a renovated room. Ours was old and had a musty motel smell. The location was ok. 15-minute walk from the Falls, but the surroundings not so great. Moreover, we had to pay a nightly parking fee of 22$. For that price, we could have stayed in a much nicer hotel outside the city.

If you stay at this hotel, you are staying for the location

I like the location. It is not too far from Clifton hill. The staff was friendly and I could stay parked at the hotel until 2pm even though check out was at 11am.

I did not like how the room and everything in it were out of date. The shower had a black substance in the sliding portion of the door. The sink had poor drainage. The bed was highly uncomfortable. The breakfast was not worth eating. I was in room 512. I would not stay here again.

The hotel is fairly close to Clifton Hill , but also 10 min drive to restaurants that are away from the main tourist area. Everything is easy to get to . Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Some mornings it was difficult to get a seat at breakfast . I did not want to be up early on vacation for 7am when breakfast started . No restaurant on site so it would be nice if breakfast was extended a bit later to give more time to come down for breakfast and spread out the peak time .

Great location and value for your money!

Our room in this hotel turned out to be a 2 room suite with 2 queen size beds, a sofa, and a small table and chair set. I traveled with one of my friends, and we had plenty of room to spread out without crowding each other. We didn't have the room cleaned while we were there, but upon check in the room was very clean. The breakfast was more than adequate and varied by the day. We only had to walk about 10 minutes to be to Clifton Hill, the Falls, and the green line WEGO bus stop. It was a very quiet area with a nice convenience store on the corner. Lots of restaurants within walking distance.
