The rooms were impeccable. The breakfast was outstanding. But, the biggest highlight of the stay was the host Joyce. She was the most welcoming, friendly and happy host that we have ever had. She made us feel so welcome and like we were visiting family.

Amazing B&B, Joyce is the perfect host she is very accommodating and made us feel like family. The location just far enough away from the falls to be quite but still close enough to walk.

Clean, convenient, and cool bed and real breakfast! Hosts were friendly and helpful! Highly recommend!

Great staying with John and Joice. Friendly, calm and great support. Breakfast was, as everyone else said, amazing. This B&B beats almost every hotel I have been to.
Side note: if you do not like the smell of Lavender, you might look for something else. The house is full of it :-)
If I am into the area again I will choose this 10/10.
