Upon arrival we were greeted very warmly . We were one of 3 couples staying New Years Eve. There are so many positive things to say about this charming B & B . It is very unique with a feel of being in Britain with its Victorian decor. It was spotless , cozy & warm.
The beds were super comfortable & each room had everything you would need .
The breakfast was spectacular . There was even a gathering place upstairs with a breakfast bar where you could eat your snacks & socialize with a drink . We would definitely return if we are up that way again. Central enough to get a short Uber ride into the city .
Nothing ! It was exceptional . We would have like to have stayed another night .

There’s something special about this B&B that keeps us coming back.
This was our second visit, and we’re already planning the next.
The house is warm, inviting, and so peaceful.
Karen’s breakfasts are outstanding, and she always checks in to make sure you’re comfortable and well taken care of.
She’s incredibly sweet and thoughtful.
We honestly can’t say enough good things about this place.

The owner was friendly and there were a lot of snacks and beverages available throughout the stay.
The place needs some additional cleaning. There was a fair amount of dust in the room I stayed in. The walls are very thin making it very challenging to get sleep if you are a light sleeper. The owner should consider investing in additional towels and washcloths based on the needs of a variety of guests. It would be great to post the menu for the next day up so the guests can determine if they want to eat the breakfast.
