A beautiful comfortable b&b with exceptionally kind & welcoming owners, excellent freshly made breakfast. Kai & Kannon are just the nicest couple providing excellent accommodation in Niagara Falls. It is a very short walk to all of the activities in the Falls.

Good location. great to be in a B&B and not a chain. The breakfast was very good. The room was very clean and well appointed. Parking was available but we did not need it.

One of the best bed and breakfasts that I have ever stayed in!

This inn is right on the river road and a 10 minute walk to the Falls and all that is happening; it is far enough away to be peaceful, yet close enough to do everything without having to pay to park. We stayed in the basement apartment which had 2 rooms, a fireplace in the bedroom, microwave, refrigerator, coffee maker, and all the things that you would need for eating and drinking. They have a deck overlooking the river that is well lit at night. The breakfast is incredible, the hosts spectacular, and so very kind and helpful.

There was nothing about this property that I didn’t like. I would highly recommend it to anyone that I know who is visiting the area.

Great location to stay the night at if you want to watch a concert nearby

The stay was at a convenient location and easy to drive to where we wanted to go. The room had everything we needed: closet for clothes, mini fridge for food we bought, TV for some entertainment, a clean bed, and a clean shower. It's quite small, but for what it is, and if you are just looking for a night's stay, it's perfect.

It's a house/inn, so my concern was not making too much noise to bother other guests. If you just need a clean place to sleep and shower, then this place is perfect for that. Nothing much else to critique it for.

Perfect escape from the crowds within walking distance to the falls.

Very cozy and clean. Away from the hustle & bustle of the crowds but a short walk to either American or Canadian side of the falls. Great value, good breakfast. Host was very friendly. Money I saved on a hotel overlooking the falls I spent on a nice dinner at Tablerock, Canadian wine, and souvenirs.

We were made welcome from.start to finish by the lovely couple who run this B and B. The beds were the most comfortable I slept on during my time in Canada, the breakfast was delicious and the accommodations was peaceful, yet a short stroll to Niagara falls. We also were able to drop our bags early which was so helpful..

Great place to stay close to the falls!

The owners were incredibly helpful both before and during the stay including telling me when the fireworks were going to start with enough time to get there! Breakfast was homemade and great! It’s a great location to stay away from the some of the falls tourist traps but still easily walking distance to get there!

Not just a bed and breakfast.

This wonderful place is not just a typical bed and breakfast. The hosts were so welcoming and very accommodating. The breakfast was simple but very fulfilling and delicious. You could tell that it was made with love. Thank you for a warm and welcoming stay.

Honestly, I can’t think of anything negative. I booked a smaller room meant for one person, but ended up with a friend. Next time I’ll make sure to book something bigger.

Really lovely B&B in great location for the falls

Hosts were really friendly and very helpful letting us leave luggage so we could go off and make the most of our time at the falls. Nothing was too much trouble even providing us with some bottled water to take with us when we arrived.

Nothing really room was lovely and nice and cool which was nice with air conditioning 😄 only small comment would be you have some stairs to get up to first floor rooms which was no problem for us and getting luggage up but some may struggle just to be aware of although I'm sure the hosts would help you

The location is excellent—right by the river and about a 15-minute walk to the falls. The place is very clean, offers free parking, and has a wide variety of breakfast options. The beds are cozy. The host asked what time we’d like to have breakfast and prepared it with great care, which I really appreciated. They are super nice and welcoming.

The ventilation inside the room was a bit loud and cannot be turned off, but not a big deal for us for a short stay.

The location is great - in a quiet residential area with off-street parking, yet close enough to walk to many attractions. The breakfast was very tasty (I had the veggie omelet). The proprietors were friendly and pleasant.

The hosts were very kind and polite. They were both very helpful with recommendations of what to see and do while in Canada. The property was very convenient to the falls and attractions, within walking distance. The room was simple but very clean, and the bed was very comfortable. Everything was great, from the moment we got to the property until the time we have to go back home. Staff, food, atmosphere, close to everything and serene. We enjoyed our trip so much that we are planning to come back with other family members.

The location of this place, was excellent. Close enough to Clifton Park/and main street (Victoria) but far enough away to avoid the business. This is a water front location with a excellent view. My room was tiny but was clean along with the bathroom. You have to remember this house is probably 100+ years old but well looked after, clean, renovated and a cute little breakfast area. The staff were friendly as can be and very accommodating. The free parking spot is a big bonus. Please note you are only minutes away from all the restaurants on the main street (walking or driving)

I did not realize my room was the only room where the bathroom was not attached to the room. This was not a big concern and the the spacious bathroom more then made up for it.
