Breakfast was very well presented & prepared. It included timely & individually cooked hot egg dish as well as fresh fruit & cereal with yogurt and selection of bread/toast & muffins.
On arrival our room designation was not clear from original booking.com correspondence. Telephone call to hosts, however, brought immediate resolution.

It was convenient to attractions.
The room was very small. The hosts were not very friendly and it was hard to communicate since they didn’t speak much English .

"Most comfortable bed/pillow of our whole week in NY. Good breakfast. Coffee available all the time. Easy short notice, day of, reservation. Short walk to falls but a steep up hill return."
