Our stay was very comfortable and restful.

Breakfast was very well presented & prepared. It included timely & individually cooked hot egg dish as well as fresh fruit & cereal with yogurt and selection of bread/toast & muffins.

On arrival our room designation was not clear from original booking.com correspondence. Telephone call to hosts, however, brought immediate resolution.

Overall, a great place to stay!

Great value for the money. The breakfast was one of the best we had during our vacations. Bed and pillows were really comfortable. Walking distance to the Niagara Fallsview Trail. The owner is a nice person.

The rooms are not too big and the shower was in the room... however there is good ventilation so, no issues for us.

Closeto everything in walking distance, quite plac, comfortable bed and a ex

Anna and Kevin were accommodating with three days of different excellent meals for breakfast along with fresh fruit, home cooked blueberry muffins or croissant.

The green room was a little on the small size but had all the accomadations needed and we out on the town most of the time and only needed a comfortable bed to sleep with a good breakfast which it was.

Breakfast was nice and plenty. Location is good very close to attractions. Quiet street we like this for the night.

The room size was super small. My daughter had accompanied us to the hotel but was driving back to Toronto the same evening. I have asked her to go downstairs to make me a cup of tea as we didn’t have cattle and tea in room. The owner did not let her as she was not on guest list for the room. That was such an unexpected and unkind gesture that just made me feel unwelcome somehow.

Room and entire facility was immaculately clean. A very inviting atmosphere in the common areas. They are situated in a very quiet neighborhood so getting a good night's sleep was a breeze. Breakfast was excellent! No shortage of good healthy choices and a little decadence thrown in for good measure (let me savor that delicious croissant a little longer!). Kevin and Anna were both gracious and helpful. This was our second stay at Ambiance by the Falls and we couldn't have been happier with our choice yet again. Easy walking distance to the falls and all nearby attractions/restaurants. The ability to keep your car parked beyond your checkout time was a real advantage for taking in some last minute sightseeing. We'll definitely book again next time we're in the area.

The only thing we didn't like was that we weren't able to stay longer!

Kevin & Anna were an integral part of my wife's great 50th birthday celebration.

Breakfast was excellent. Muffins, fresh fruit, yogurt coffee/tea/orange juice plus the hot stuff! The Ambiance is in a quiet residential neighborhood and within walking distance to the Falls. The room was very clean. Kevin & Anna were very good hosts. Would definitely stay here again.

No complaints. Free parking on site.

Breakfast was yummy. Kevin and Anna had everything you could want or need! Great location, I walked everywhere. Nice quiet street.

Good

Check-in was smooth and hosts nice and welcoming. Room was comfortable and cozy. Fruit daily offered and water and coffee freely available. Lots of info about tours and attractions in the area and I liked umbrellas offered, though it didn't rain when we visited. Location was amazing 10 min walk to Clifton hills. Parking on departure date extended to 6pm which was nice.

No breakfast offered was disappointing. The rooms were tighter than expected and checkout was confusing. The host offered late check-out, but we were asked to leave an hour earlier. So we were confused and felt rushed out.

Very enjoyable and our hosts were great.

Breakfast was fabulous. Location couldn't have been better--walking distance to Niagara Falls and all restaurants and other activities and attractions surrounding it on the Canadian side.

At first I was taken aback by the size of the room (small but adequate) and the bathtub being in the room, separated by a shower curtain. The toilet was in a small closet under the stairs. But as I thought of the ingenuity it took to come up with this plan to make a modest 3 bedroom house into an en suite B&B, I was impressed.
