Lovely place to stay. Location is excellent, just a 10 minute walk to the falls. Wonderful attentive hosts, they were happy to accommodate our breakfast choice which was greatly appreciated. This is an excellent base and very comfortable, clean and had everything you need.

Home away from home - and make it walkable to the Niagara Falls

Kind and welcoming hosts. Very spacious and clean rooms. Extraordinary breakfast. You can walk to the Niagara Falls - even go over to the U.S. side - and all the attractions and restaurants on Clifton Hill. We will definitely come back when we're in the area again.

Super CLEAN!! The towels smelled clean! The bathroom was super clean as well as the whole room ( Italian room) . The hosts Alice and Jack were wonderful and caring they even lend us 2 umbrellas for the rainy day

Comfortable and Convenient!

The location was excellent. Located in a neighborhood less than a 20-minute walk to the main strip of restaurants and the Niagara Falls boat ride. We appreciated the peaceful accommodations that were still convenient to the attractions. The accommodations were immaculately clean with cozy touches to make you feel at home. We appreciated the bottles of water, hot water kettle, fridge and microwave in our room. The breakfasts were plated with all receiving the same thing. They were plentiful and served with care in a lovely space. Each breakfast included fruit, egg, toast, sandwich meat, and a croissant or waffle.

If there is one small thing that would have made our stay over the top it would have been to have a choice of two of the following at breakfast: white toast, wheat toast, croissant, waffle, oatmeal or yoghurt. It must also be said that the lovely breakfast we were served was more than expected for the price and greatly appreciated.

First of all, the hostess greeted us when we arrived at the property. She showed us how to use the key pad to access the room. The space consisted of a living room, bathroom and bedroom. The property is especially clean and comfortable. The breakfast was wonderful and we enjoyed every bit of our stay. Thank you to the hosts!

Perfect Location

We had 6 nights at Susan's Villa. It was in a great quiet location. The bed was very comfy and the bath shower facility very powerful. Alice and Jacky were wonderful hosts and greeted us every morning with a different breakfast plate. Would definitely stay again.

This is a value and a very nice place . Don’t hesitate you’ll be well taken care of.

It was very clean we had everything we needed . The location was great away from the congestion area yet close to everything. Breakfast was very good Alice and Jacky are very pleasant. Our room was very nice the sheets were so soft. There was bottled water as well as a hot water pot for coffee or tea in your room with creamer and sugar . The refrigerator was a plus and the water pressure was wonderful and plenty of hot water. We didn’t hear the other guests the walls are thick the deck and back yard were nice . We enjoyed the swing in the yard it very well landscaped .

Homy and lovely place

It's not continental breakfast, but the lovely plates of food arranged nicely every morning. The overall feeling was very homy and clean, full of love. The location was very convenient, and the hosts provided super helpful information to plan the trip. The whole experience was beyond our expectations. Also, I was surprised to find the tree in the backyard with delicious berries. It brought back great memories and built happy ones, too

Jacky and Alice were the perfect hosts and very welcoming. They even had the room prepared before check in time as we arrived earlier. The room was spacious, clean and the bed very comfortable. Breakfast was tasty and plentiful. The location of the property was ideal as it was very quiet but only a fifteen minute walk to the Falls and entertainment precinct. We highly recommend Susan's Villa. 👌😊

The room is very comfortable and Huge. The owner is very kind, friendly and helpful. The breakfast was excellent. This B&B is so lovely, easy to walk from the B&B to Niagara Falls, and not far from the town. And do not park the car by the Niagara Falls, you will get charged for flat rate of $36 per day.

Perfect in every way

There are so many things to love about Susan's Villa. Close to the Falls and the bustling centre of Niagara, yet in a peaceful and very pretty sidestreet it is a wonderful place in which to relax and unwind after a busy day sightseeing. Alice and Jacky are exceptional hosts, such lovely people, who went out of their way to make sure our stay was as perfect as possible. Our accommodation was extremely comfortable, with a separate bedroom, bathroom, and seating area complete with fridge and microwave. Immaculately clean, and providing all the little touches that made it almost home from home, we especially loved the delicious breakfasts every morning and the pretty shaded garden we sat in during the afternoon heat. Ample parking for our car meant we didn't have to worry about finding a paid spot in town. Honestly, one of the best b and b we have ever stayed in !! Highly, highly recommended !!
