Quiet and safe neighbourhood, friendly and accommodating staff, all you need in a little suite (washroom, microwave, water, tea, smart TV with tons of movie choices, delicious home cooked breakfast). I had mentioned that it was our anniversary and Alice happily addressed the special occasion with a kind and handwritten card and a large box of chocolates. We really appreciated this special touch! I also liked the fact that I could cancel if I changed my mind until a few days before the trip. Peace of mind for booking!

Good location., excellent and kind host, clean and organized room, excellent and detailed breakfast . About 10 -15 min walking to attractions, like to Wego bus stop, Clifton Hill street, Rainbow Bridge and Niagara Falls. Also it is easy to take uber.
