Susan's Villa

The house is in a great location, walkable to the sights but far enough away that it's quiet. The hosts are lovely and do an amazing breakfast. The room and bathroom were spacious and clean.

I was on the ground floor and could hear the bathroom and bedroom upstairs, but that's easily fixed by some good ear plugs :)

Our hosts were very gracious and accommodating! They provided ice cubes for my husband’s swollen hand after we arrived and the next morning. I had to call them for directions over the phone the 2nd night of our stay because the phone maps wouldn’t load! Alice was patient and stayed on the phone with us and even waved from the bottom of the driveway ❤️. She and Jacky also made changes to my breakfast the 2nd morning when I had shared about my Type 2 diabetes the 1st morning. The property was very clean and the bed was comfortable! It was quiet and It is located very close to Victoria Ave that is one of the main streets through Niagara Falls.

The parking is included with the stay and very appreciated, but it was tough backing down the driveway. I would have liked a hook to hang up my robe in the bathroom. There were some hooks on the wall that I couldn’t reach. There really isn’t much not to like!

The property was spotlessly clean throughout, and the breakfast was very good—fresh, tasty, and a great start to the day. The hosts were wonderful as well, making us feel welcome and ensuring everything went smoothly. We would definitely stay here again!

We had a wonderful weekend stay. Comfortable bed and pillows, amazing breakfast, the nicest hosts and a room with all necessary amenities including a small fridge. The location was perfect, in walking distance to the Falls but far enough removed from the hustle of the town to be wonderfully quiet and serene. Would stay here again in a heartbeat if returning to Niagara Falls and wholeheartedly recommend!
