Clean room. Check in and check out very smooth and quick. Breakfast lady on Sunday was very rude to customers. Young lady on Monday was awesome.

The stay was great—clean and comfortable. However, the breakfast was very limited and poorly managed for the number of guests. We arrived at 9:00 a.m., and there was no bread, muffins, bagels, fruit, or milk available.

The rooms really need some TLC. Our room had a chunk of carpet missing between the bathroom and living area, the shower head leaked so the water pressure was subpar, and the tv offered no way to access Netflix so I could watch Thursday night football. Location, staff, and breakfast were all excellent.

This hotel is perfectly located on the American side with beautiful views of Niagara State Park and very close to the Rainbow Bridge. It is clean with a comfortable bed. However, it is old and needs renovating. There is no sound proofing and you can hear the people in the next room. We lucked out and got a corner room (2 great views) on the 6th floor. We loved it.

When we got to our room the tv wouldnt turn on, the sink stopper was completely broken. The handlebar for the shower was halway broken off and for a shower the pull to turn on the shower would only go halfway, so water came out of the faucet and shower head. The floor also needs new carpeting and spider in the room (my son got bit on his cheek by one) Absolutely do not suggest this place it ruined the entire vacation. Also no rooms come with microwaves...

The breakfast is decent. The room is not quite clean and there is long hair on the restroom floor. The conditioner is used up. The shower is not working well. But the staff is nice and after I told them about issues, they fixed them right away. There is a $5 parking fee for each day. The location is great, close to the falls park. There are many great restaurants nearby.

Pay extra and stay in Canada. This hotel is a little sketchy… questionable side businesses connected to the hotel. Breakfast is located down stairs … it’s a maze… and next to housekeeping. Rooms were ok, but not staying there again, pay extra and go to Canada. Asked for late check out… Nope!! Toilet ran… asked to fix it for two days… nope!! Buyer beware!!

Subject: FINAL DEMAND FOR COMPENSATION - Case#13173859 - Failed Service (6 Days) - Room 416 - Stay Oct 24-31 Dear Comfort Inn The Pointe Management and Choice Hotels Corporate Customer Care Team, This email serves as a formal follow-up to my previous complaint emails and to the correspondence received from Diana, Customer Care Advocate (Case#13173859). My stay in Room 416 concluded today, October 31st. Per the instruction from Diana at Choice Hotels, who stated, "If no resolution is provided by the end of your stay, please don’t hesitate to reach out to us again at check-out. At that point, we’ll be in a better position to explore any remaining options and support you further," I am now formally requesting the final resolution. Summary of Failure (October 24 – October 31): Housekeeping Failure: Six consecutive days without housekeeping service, despite complying with the written hotel policy to request service before 11:00 AM daily. Safety/Hygiene Failure: Six consecutive days with an unusable fitness center due to lack of towels and drinking water. Management Failure: Multiple attempts to contact the front desk and management were ignored, forcing me to use corporate channels. Final Demand for Resolution As the local management failed to provide a resolution during my stay, the responsibility now falls to the corporate team to ensure this egregious service failure is compensated. I demand the following compensation for the complete failure to provide basic hygienic

Room was nice and pretty clean. Parking was $10 per night; Location was nice (right across and walking distance to the Falls). The hot water was all gone on Sunday morning when I wanted to take a shower. The hotel has a water container with ice in the lobby and there were free cookies next to it on Saturday night; that was nice. The 24 hour coffee station serves instant coffee. The breakfast is available at 7am. The area seems depressed, not many restaurants...just kind of run down. There is a beer bar with some food attached to the hotel, so you wouldn't have to venture away from the hotel if you didn't want to. I guess the Canadian side is where the night life is. I was warned to be careful in the area from relatives who live around here. Overall, I was still happy just because of the access and ability to easily walk to Niagara Falls State Park.

Plenty of choices at breakfast, but food was subpar. Parking was very assessible, although $10/night to park seemed a little excessive , should be included. Other than that, I was very pleased with everything else. Service was great, especially the lady at the front desk, hotel was very clean, and location was amazing, right next to the falls, downtown, casinos, and many restaurants and bars! Not to far from Orchard Park and Buffalo, so the ride to the Bills game wasn't too bad! 4 out of 5 stars for me!

Comfort Inn at the Pointe was in close proximity to Peace Bridge to Canada. Canada was within walking distant. Also, it was a great location to see the Falls at night. There also were Food trucks nearby which my family enjoyed. While staying at Comfort Inn, the parking is 10.00 extra dollars a day, which made no sense! The breakfast was good with a variety of choices.

Rooms were clean and tidy. Breakfast spread was great. Best of all is the loaction. Just walk 5 minutes and your are at the falls. Surrounded with many restaurants. Overall great place to stay if visiting Niagara falls.

Clean, comfortable rooms set up exactly as they should be. The walking distance to Niagara Falls State Park and the Falls takes minutes, just right across the street! Nice to have a good, complimentary breakfast in the morning 😊

Food is always the same thing everyday. We requested for room service, they came but didn’t clean the room, just left clean towels inside the room. A/C is not that cold. We were perspiring in the middle of the night. Parking is spacious and fee is affordable. There’s a lot of restaurant around the area and it’s walkable. The place is very near to the Niagara Falls Park.
