Great location, however old and broken amenities!

The location was the only thing worth it.

The amenities in the room were all broken and falling apart. Everything was super old. The drawers were missing knobs. It just looked really run down. There is no microwave on the property also highly inconvenient.

Hotel needs renovation.

Location is pretty close to falls, breakfast is okay, lady serving breakfast is very friendly.

The heating device in the room (kind of central ceiling heating) is so loud that you can't hear each other when it switches on. Therefore you can't sleep when it's on. But if you switch it off the room becomes "frozen" due to single glass with huge holes around the balcony door. The lady on reception just said "okay, we will look at it" after our complaints. No apologies, no offer to replace room etc. The "falls view" is the view to the river and bridge to USA, not really falls.

Great stay as always

I stay at this hotel a couple of times a year with my wife, and it never disappoints. The hotel is fantastic—spotlessly clean, very comfortable, and ideally located close to everything. On our most recent visit, we were delighted to see the upgrades, especially the newly renovated rooms, which made our stay even more enjoyable. The staff are always incredibly friendly and welcoming. We always look forward to coming back.

VERY Minimal and Basic

Location was decent

Staff was minimally attentive, only giving a very very basic standard of service. When requesting a change of bedding the staff sent new bedding but disclosed they did not know how to make the bed. Upon arrival the toilet in the room was barely running and maintenance had to be called. No replacements to refreshments(coffee,sugar,soap,etc) The wifi was not really operational, it would connect briefly but was very slow and hardly worked. The TV had very basic cable and no ability to connect any type of streaming service. There are much better options available even with the location and price. Would not recommend.

It has what you need if you just looking to sleep and be comfortable. We picked it for the price and it was very good. Instead of a more lavish hotel, we used our funds for FUN! The hotel is dated, though everything worked and it was clean. Its close to Rainbow bridge, location is just perfect for all things Niagara!

The filipino front desk staff was not as accommodating or welcoming during check-in, which affected the first impression. A more friendly and professional approach would make guests feel more at ease. The location is also a bit far from the main attractions, which can be inconvenient if walking.

Is priced well for the area that it's located. The showers were nice and hot. The bed was very comfortable.

No, microwave in the room. No, heat available in the room. You have to go get a heating unit from them downstairs. I didn't inquire if it was going to cost or not. I was a paying customer at the hotel so I had to pay $15 for each night of stay. I think if I'm a paying customer, I should have been able to park my car for free.

A very good value for money, the location is perfect in case you are crossing the border bridge. Very close to the falls.

The morning staff at the restaurant are amazing, super friendly, and accommodating to are needs. To The chef of the kitchen your food was on point. Specially you French toast. I'd like how we where not far from the falls. We love a jacuzzi in are room.

The room need more detail into cleaning. Eg. The windows were so duty we could see out of it and it was full of dust. There's the odd wholes and unprofessional patch up work e.g( closet).the TV were out of date made it hard to watch TV. And the entrance key card door on the outside never was locked. The bench on the outside is really unstable and maybe be a liability later on.feel the property as a whole needs some tlc, to bring it back to its prestige look,But the staff are super stars <3

I enjoyed the location. Thr front desk staff Angie is not very helpful or seems very lost on what she is doing. The lady at breakfast buffet is a gem! She us so friendly and made me and my big family of 6 feel right at home. I've stayed there 3 times and only come on a yearly basis. She is amazing!!!!!! I loved the balcony on the king studio suite. But the othe room I had was facing the side of the pool and cleaners room which was pretty disgusting.

Front desk staff Angie needs more training. Room tables were not that clean. No conditioner or body lotion.

Absolutely nothing, awful!

The property is dated and smells awful, the room was just as bad. The shower pressure was awful. The aircon was dated and very noisy. There was no bar facilities and only a vending machine which was cash only. We wouldn’t ever recommend or stay here again.

Affordable option within walking distance of the Falls

Short walk from both falls, which you can hear on the balcony. Spacious room with comfortable bed. Good shower with no water pressure or temperature issues. Good facilities including fridge and coffee machine. Friendly staff. Swimming pool / sauna facilities were clean and unexpected!

Room was dated and visible dust on some of the surfaces. Balcony door was loose and meant the air con wasn't fully effective.

Less than desired

It is 10 minutes walk from clifton hill

The room was booked because of the Jacuzzi tub, the jets did not work, the drain leaked and the water temperature was less than desirable. We woke up in the morning to the room wreaking of cigarettes even though everyone has to sign a no smoking waiver. House keeping was knocking on the door at 9:30 am when check out was 11 am. The entire place has this hideous carpeting and the soundproofing in the rooms is less than desirable. Promotes fallsview but you cannot see the falls from even outside the hotel.
