    There were quite a few unexpected extra charges (for parking, an extra adult, and breakfast) that weren't clearly anticipated during my Agoda booking, totaling about $130 more than expected. Additionally, the response time for guest requests was slow. Even the kettle had to be requested separately, and the quality was poor. Overall, it didn't feel like good value for money. I had a much better experience staying at the Hilton before and would probably choose that option next time.

    Room sizes were small. Providing dental kits, Razor, hair cares are basics for a Five star hotel which wasn't available. The window type aircon was constantly making strange sound which wasn't helpful for a good sleep. The room didn't have a bathtub. Even the bathroom was very small.
