We got an upgrade, the view was great and the room was larger

The room we booked was dirty and not cleaned - there was still old food from previous client and there was hair in the bed linens. We got an upgrade, the view was great and the room was larger, but the whirlpool that was offered did not work and staff didn't seem to know how it worked. The bath towels in this room had blood stains in it When we held our luggage in the hotel, the ticketing system was done wrong.

Location was good and staff were nice The view was beautiful. Drinks at Milstones were great!

We had trouble getting in and out of our room. We also got stuck in the bathroom, the sliding door wouldn’t move. Left a message at front desk for maintenance. The elevators were confusing. There were two sets but they had two buttons to push and when the my arrived the bell was faint and we kept missing it.

Great place to see the Waterfalls

The room was spacious with whole wall of glass allowing a great view to the Falls. Staff was very polite, restaurant in the hotel was convenient to use.

Has potential but…. in serious need of an upgrade

The Starbucks was handy to have in the lobby area. Alex at front desk was great to deal with and is switched on unlike others.

Dated property. Our room wasn’t ready on arrival at 8pm even though check in is from 4pm and we had to wait almost an hour before it was available. Alex was very helpful and probably the only staff member who knows what customer service is. Bird droppings were on the outside of our window which made our view of the Falls somewhat obscured. The bathroom is old and depressing. You have to buy your own water. Note that the vending machine is much cheaper than the gift store.

Had a room in the 28th floor with perfect view. Expensive comparing to other hotels but the view was valuable and so it was ok. Comfortable beds. Far away from all the amusements but because of that it's quiet

For a hotel like the marriott I can not understand that they will charge me for a latte or cappuccino by breakfast. That's unbelievable.

Bed was very comfortable and staff was very friendly at the restaurant and attractions desk. Location was ok. Bar area was nice and friendly

Food at breakfast buffet was not very good. Scrambled eggs were over cooked and dry. Worst waffles I've ever had and the pork sausage was under cooked like many items. Price is ridiculous at $35.00 per person. Maids never came to clean and restock our room for the 3 days we were there. Our view was a joke and parking is over priced.

Lovely weekend get away.

Location! Great views of the falls and river.

I had requested an accessible room as I use a wheelchair. I could see no special accommodation. The washroom access was very narrow and it was too small to allow chair to enter. It badly needed grab bars around the toilet. The toilet seat was low and the seat itself was loose so it gave no support The room itself was nice and big for manoeuvring but did not offer hand holds for balance. The bed was very comfortable. When I tried to tell the front desk staff the above, I felt myself being dismissed

Gift shop is expensive. Parking is expensive for self park but greatful there was parking in easy reach. Saturday night parking lot was very busy as there was an event over the road.

Experience just OK.

Views from the falls are awesome if you choose a room with views. Just impressive. It is a hotel that you will need if you want to see the falls and get a convenient access to the attractions with the inclined railway.

Don’t believe what you see in the Hotel propaganda. 1) Restaurant has no direct view to the falls, even if pictures show that. 2) SPA and jacuzzis are not inside the hotel, you must change to the other Marriott hotel. 3) While our waitress in the restaurant was actually perfect, the Maître and the hotel personnel were just not kind.

Comfortable rooms and beautiful views

The view was perfect; we could see the falls both day and night, and it was breathtaking.

We didn't have a good experience at the Milestone for breakfast on Saturday. It took an hour for our order to be delivered and 15 minutes for someone to come to our table to serve us. The staff told us they were very busy that day, but I think the hotel should be prepared to handle busy days professionally to prevent these things from happening. It was a very awkward moment.

Good location with view. The staffs there were very friendly, especially at breakfast place, they were so nice to everyone, they are super stars.

Might not hotel side issue, both booking and hotel should have clear check box indicating add on more people for breakfast if people are interested in it, it took me time for a while to clear it. The vending machine didn’t in our floor. If you can provide water would be great!
