    We had a v comfortable stay and the location was fantastic

    Other than the falls view, the rooms need renovations. Room service took an hour to get me toothbrushes and tooth paste and slippers which were not included in the room. At checkout, I was surprised with 39$ that I needed to pay “amenities fee” that apparently Agoda does not include in its fees but *** does. Also they take 120$ security deposit that I am still waiting to be returned (4 days passed already). Breakfast cost 40$ per person. Only reason I would come back is the falls view.

    The staff were professional, the room offers nice of you along with good bathroom and amenities. However, the overall cleanliness and facilities, especially with the pool left much to be desired. The location was convenient, but not very walkable which affected the overall experience and value.
