The view of the falls directly from my room was absolutely breathtaking and made the whole trip special. The hotel’s proximity to the falls and the incline railway was very convenient. The staff were professional, and the room was spacious and clean.
Everything was wonderful. The view alone made every penny worth it.

Location was nice.
mattress, pillows, chairs, they were lumpy.
Overpriced parking (it was away from the hotel)
Plus hidden charges which were not explained in final invoice.

Location was good, breakfast was nice.
Overall building seems to be old, carpet in the aisle as well as the room was not nicely cleaned and even torn at places. Room was very hot and the temperature control dint seem to work. Overall not upto Marriott brand name. Self parking far and inconvenient.

It was a good location
Beds were uncomfortable, room service was over salted , could not even eat half the food - was afraid to complain as someone could spit in your food

The location was exceptional - the views of the Niagara Falls are stunning. I'd reached out to the hotel in advance to let them know that we were celebrating my mum's 80th birthday so they arranged for a slice of cake and a bottle of sparkling wine. It was a lovely gesture.
The rooms were cold and felt very dated.

The view was good. It was clean, but we did find old grapes under the couch when we move them to have a better view (so they didnt vacuum under the furnitures between guest). The service at check-in was impeccable and super nice.
Old fashioned for the prices and the réputation of the hôtel. We did choose this hôtel in particuliar for that (we went multiple time at Marriot Gare Central in Montréal and it was perfect!) so even if we had to walk 25minutes to go to the main attractions we tough it will be worth it…. but honestly it was ok. We didnt have robes and slippers to go to the pool… not idéal in the winter when you have to take the elevator in bikinis…. so we didnt go to the pool.

The view is very nice, the whirlpool was also very nice.
There were a lot of issues here starting with the price of the room: almost $800 (US) for one night booked a year in advance for the month of January when the area is literally a ghost town. $50 extra for self parking in a lot that is a 4 min walk away (wouldn’t care so much if it wasn’t in the middle of a winter storm). I was told this was one of those once in a lifetime things to do because of the view: the view is very nice, but don’t be fooled by some of those videos seen on social media where you’re right on the falls, you’re a bit of a ways from the actual water. Still definitely beautiful, especially at dawn. Unfortunately the windows were dirty and there was a huge bar in the middle of the window so… just not great. We stayed in a hotel in Toronto the following night and our room had a gorgeous view of the city with giant windows that were clean for 1/3rd of the price, so it’s hard not to compare. We ordered room service which was of course pricey: all was good except for the eggs Benedict that were inedible due to the hollandaise being broken. Again, just frustrating seeing how much we are spending. Finally, front desk staff was kind enough but definitely made us feel very strange due to booking through a 3rd party: took like 10 minutes to check us in, had to check multiple types of ID, and then demanded to see our confirmation emails, and just making us wait and not really talking, looking kind of almost confused, almost like they couldn’t find our reservation… just kind of a weird vibe, and again, not what we experienced in Toronto. Finally, we were not super impressed with the room: it’s outdated and it was pretty dusty. Just not worth the price in any way, I would say about $175 a night would be way more appropriate.

I love the view of Niagara Falls!
There was two managers who were being nasty and didn’t want to take accountability for their actions, one of which never came back to address the situation and the sending whom refused to give me his name. He was rude and very dismissive until I mentioned calling corporate then he tried to hush my by offering a quick solution instead of being apologetic about their mistake which caused us a further delay in our check in and to miss our reservation for dinner. Very unhappy customer and I will NOT be staying at their brand anymore.
The valet and other front desk personnel were fantastic!

Stunning view. Great location and amenities. Staff gave us a high floor based on my request although we didn’t add money to book the superior floor.
The hotel parking was 50 CAD per night??? Or around 80 bucks for valet??? And it’s not even close to the hotel.
Bunch of cheaper parking lots around the area. Please save your money :(

The view is amazing from the room on the 18th floor, loved sitting on the chairs just watching the falls. The spa bath in the room was fantastic and loved the window above the bath so you could open it and look out into the room while in the bath. the bathroom had a separate shower which was great too.
The room didn’t have a kettle which was disappointing as we like to have tea. Although we did u the coffee maker just for hot water which was a little bit of a pain. The buffet breakfast had lots of choice but the hot food wasn’t very hot so what I did pick I didn’t eat as it wasn’t enjoyable. The selection of fruit, yoghurts and pastries were great. We had Justin serving us a breakfast and he was great! There was nothing that was too much trouble for him, he was very happy and attentive ( great work Justin)

The view was spectacular. We had a Fallsview room.
Having to pay $70 Canadian to park for our one day stay. That was excessive!

Room and spa was nice.
The hidden DAF fee for each day! This turned me off and thought less of the facility. I like transparency and expect the facility to be open about extra charges so I the decision to stay at the facility or not.

Our stay at the hotel was wonderful. We booked a Falls-view room and were upgraded to a superior one. The service was excellent, and the room with a direct view of Niagara Falls was fascinating; you simply can’t get enough of it. It was perfect and comfortable for our entire family. We especially appreciated the thoughtful birthday gesture, it made the occasion even more special. A special thank-you to Andrea at the front desk for her exceptional assistance.
I should highlight the location as well: 10 out of 10.
One small note: please consider adding a sign in the swimming pool indicating that the water becomes deeper in the middle than at the edges. The depth isn’t uniform across the width of the pool, whereas in most pools depth changes only along the length. A clear notice could help prevent similar surprises specially for kids.

The property was beautiful. It was very clean.
The systems were down and took 2 hours and 45 mins to check in.. I understand that it was not the staffs fault .. no where on the site did I read that it cost $65 to have valet park your vehicle.. $45 to park it in there lot that is 5 minute walk in the dark and it's freezing. The bedroom was so hot. They couldn't fix it because their cooling and heating systems are so old. It's a beautiful location and the hotel is beautiful to look at, but it is not worth the price.

Location was good.
I was extremely disappointed with my stay, Starbucks was closed hours after our arrival for construction and no one told us it would be closed for our stay. We are both coffee drinkers normally 3 a day so this was a big disappointment. We got ready to seat down at our hotel lobby bar but weren’t allowed in due to a private event and again we were not notified about this.
I left the hotel to get coffee for myself and my husband and we wanted to sit in the lobby area and watch the falls but the noise from the construction of Starbucks was so loud we couldn’t stay. This was our first time being in Niagara and I picked this hotel because of the Starbucks as one of the top things.

The view from our room
The matresses had several stains. Behind the nightstand was not very clean. The alarm from the room clock went on at 6 am.

We were so excited to get our falls view hotel room that we reserved for over $1600 for three nights. Instead, when we arrived, we were told there had been a power outage and we would have to find somewhere else to stay and so we did. We stayed at the Hilton. Which was nice, but it wasn’t a full Falls view like we would’ve had at the Marriott.

The view was great from the bedroom.
The price of the room was extortion, and the windows were dirty which ruined the view. Breakfast "included" had a chargeable coffees and the overall quality of the food was poor. It was very poor value for money.
3.0 / 10.0
The view was stunning.
We were first assigned to a 7th-floor “falls view” room, but it was very disappointing. The window was much smaller than shown in the photos, the view of the falls was blocked by trees, and the glass hadn’t been cleaned so it was covered with marks. When I tried to open the curtain, I even found a spider.
I went to the reception to explain that the room was very different from what we had booked. They said no other rooms were available unless we paid an additional $60 + tax to upgrade to a higher floor. We reluctantly agreed. Thankfully, the new room was much warmer and had a much better view, which my parents who traveled from afar really appreciated.
However, I was surprised that no disposable slippers or bathrobes were provided. Also, food trays and leftovers from room service were left out in the hallway and not cleared until the next day. Overall, while the upgraded room itself was nice, the cleanliness and management felt lacking considering the large number of tourists this hotel receives.
