People were great and the service was amazing but u have a few things tha may change my mind next time I need to book a hotel. We chose to book Hilton based on being a honours member and experience of what to expect. This hotel was offered cheaper on a 3rd party site and significant enough that I decided to book through them. But was very disappointed to hear I couldn’t earn my rewards because of booking through a 3rd party. It should not be my fault that I could get the room cheaper this way and in the day and age that we are in currently, every dollar counts. I was not surprised that we had to park offsite and loved the shuttle came right as we were getting out of our car but the extremely steep price of $55 was not highlighted enough when booking as that could have been a deciding factor for me and lastly my two nieces and myself all had showers and each time there was a huge amount of water on the floor that had to be mopped up using the towels before you could even exit the shower safely. When discussing with the front desk it was eluded to that this is a common problem in the south tower rooms. When I spend $200+ on a room , it would be in the hopes that I’m going to have a pretty bang on experience. While things happen and I do not expect perfection, I mention this in hopes that it reaches the management team and that actions are taken to prevent further issues for future. I would also like to know that you will consider changing Hilton policy about the rewards.

Very nice hotel room. Our jets on out jetted tub did not work, and the caulk needs to be replaced. The tv in the room also didn’t work. Other than that we had a good time.

There were no carts avaliable to get our stuff from the car and up to our room because there were no bell service employees. We had to wait over half an hour for one to become avaliable. They were only allowing 2 out for the entire hotel.

We had an amazing and wonderfully cozy family stay! The room was clean, nucly kept, and the view of the falls was absolutely stunning. Breakfast wasn’t included, but honestly, it didn’t take away from the experience at all!

The sheets seemed like they weren’t properly washed, the blanket had hair on it. Two of the towels were dirty and the shower walls had hair on them. The room temperature couldn’t be adjusted and wouldn’t go below 22°. So we woke up sweating at 2-2:30 in the morning because the room was so hot .
