    I would like to express my disappointment regarding my arrival experience at the hotel. When I arrived with my children and luggage, I was not allowed to briefly stop at the entrance to unload my bags and safely drop off my children. I explained that I only needed a minute, but I was told that if I could not find parking immediately, I would have to move my vehicle. I was even advised to take my luggage to the off-site parking area and use the shuttle service. What made this experience particularly frustrating was that when I returned later with my luggage, I observed other guests stopping and unloading without being asked to move. This inconsistency left me feeling singled out and poorly treated. After a long journey with children, I expected a more welcoming and accommodating arrival experience. I would appreciate an explanation of your policy and why it appeared to be applied differently in my case.

    Room very spacious and bright. Bathroom clean and very big. Had great view to the Canadian falls. My north tower room had 51 floors. Very recommended
