    This hotel is definitely a highlight for us. As we came during the low season, the hotel upgraded us to a room with jacuzzi. The jacuzzi was such a god send as we were cold from walking around in the night. The room had a luxurious feel. The only thing that cheapen the whole vibe was the paper cups used in the toilet. Staff were all pleasant especially the Filipino staff ( sorry we forgot to ask for the name!). In the lobby, there is water, coffee & tea stations. The location is also perfect. Just a short walk out, you are at Clifton Hill. At night, it was quiet. We will definitely be back if we ever go to Niagara Falls again.

    Almost everything was exceptional. The staff was great, the room was clean and location was perfect. My only issue was with breakfast... It's not worth the hype. It lacks variety and it was cold. The coffee was good though.

    Great 1 night stay at Sterling Inn! Beautiful room. This was a relaxing, enjoyable stay.. Lots to do in the area without having to drive.

    This should be 3 star not 4 star. I don't recommend this hotel. I paid too much for this hotel. Parking not included and expensive , outside parking is cheaper. Breakfast so simple, not warm enough and coffee is bad. I'm disappointed, I expected more.
