LIP STICK on a PIG

Its a piece of crap that leaks freezing air through the wall ac unit, walls are paper thin so you hear the neighbors farts. And the staff will steal from you and then acuse you threatening them and calling the cops on you trying to keep the money not letting me check in and wont return my money for the room or deposit

A one night bed stand.

I'm glad the bathroom had a hairdryer because I went for a walk and unfortunately there was a sudden torrential rain storm and I was able to dry off my clothes. The bed was comfortable and the sheets were soft.

The only thing I didn't like was the condition of the shower tub. I put a towel down while having a shower just because of the condition of it.

Location was good

I didn't like the fact that you have to pay for parking. When someone is driving from far and parking is required then it's not worth booking something cheaper. The parking should be included especially when there is parking lot with empty spots

Excellent for the price

I stayed in the honeymoon suite as I desperately needed a hot big bath and was delighted to find somewhere so affordable. The bed was incredibly comfortable! I was very pleased to be able to leave my bags there all day after checking out

The TV didn’t work which was annoying after a long day of travelling. Also annoying was the microwave being at one end of the room whilst the fridge was at the other. The bathroom floor behind the door could do with a deep clean as it’s covered in dust and hair, and the bathroom window frame has black mould on it.

Dirty, smelly and just horrible!!!!

Nothing It was absolutely horrible place to stay at

Dirty, smelly, broken window in the washroom, continues smell of cigarettes. We found about 15 dead bees in our room. Will never be back. If we would have check in earlier we would have left and found another hotel, but unfortunately we were very tired and went to bed right away but then in the morning we couldn't belive how filfy the place is. I wouldn't recommend this place even to my enemies.

The Pitz Motel!

It was close to the main drag, with in walking distance!

It was old, dingy dirty spiders and cobwebs, we never stayed the night and decided to drive the 2 hours back home, I could never have slept there, there was also some interesting characters lurking about!

Window was cracked, hole in the wall, A/C on the verge of collapse. A lady hung around outside our room making noise. Called downstairs for wifi password and told us we had to come get it (Wasn't posted on wall or keychain).

Ground floor room as requested. Clean and comfortable

Had trouble getting the microwave to work until I discovered a switch by the door when leaving that activated the wall receptacle the microwave was pugged into. Should have a sign explaining to turn on the switch etc. There were several wasps around the bathroom light that appeared overnight.

It was close to Clifton hill

It was not wheelchair accessible, despite it saying that it is. There is a curb I had to lift my husband's wheelchair over with him in it. When I told the front desk(after checking out after 1 night instead of staying for the 2 I booked) she just said oh I gave you first floor. Husband couldn't leave the room due to the curb as I couldn't keep lifting him and his chair. The bed was way too soft and the tub was full of black stains. Wasn't offered any solution, so way over paid for only staying 1 night.

I wish I had picked a different hotel

Location was walking distance to the incline to Table Rock, although the neighbouring buildings were run down and falling apart and didn't feel safe to walk around in at night. My 9 year old niece was excited about the jacuzzi. The staff was friendly and offered us a discount on parking, and immediately switched one of our rooms when my sister complained that it smelled like cigarette smoke.

Cold water tap didn't work in the shower. The room was generally worn and dated with baseboard heaters and wall AC that looked like they were long past their prime, and an old hair dryer with a taped up power cord that was probably a fire hazard. There was mold in the window frame in the bathroom. The tables on the outside of the motel were all covered in a fine layer of cigarette ash and looked like they had never been cleaned in years.

It was terrible (we didn't stay) and was an inconvenience trying to find another hotel last minute.

Not one single thing. It was deplorable. The location was close in proximity to the Falls which was good.

The cleanliness was horrific including dirty shower, cigarette burns on bed linens and bodily fluids from nose found on wall. The wi-fi did not work. The door locks did not work and the door had substantial creases as if it had been broken into before. There was also only 1 light in the entire room. The room that is advertised featured the "honeymoon suite"-which is false advertising because the regular rooms look NOTHING like that room.

we enjoyed our stay and would book here again

Location is ideal for walking to and from the Falls. Room was presentable enough, jacuzzi tub very clean, the small fridge is very handy as well as the microwave which were both in excellent condition. For a less expensive stay option, we like this motel, the staff is friendly and kind, it was quiet at night, and the room and jacuzzi tub feature in our room are very good value for the money. Wifi was good which is handy for looking up places and directions.

The lock on the room door is only a push button type knob lock. But not a major issue.

The place is not as the pictures show. The room Smell cigarette, canabis, humidity. People fighting in the installations, drinking, smoking near the rooms. I I just was 2 minutes in the room after my checking. Thus is not for families, I asked for refund and still I’m waiting, not answer.

A lot nicer than it appears

Good location tucked away near all the big corporate hotels and restaurants. Close enough to walk to the Falls if you're relatively healthy and can walk steep hills coming back. Rooms are much nicer than the outside of the hotel presents. And I was "upgraded" to the hot tub suite!

I was told when I checked in that I would be charged $10 for parking but after sweet talking the check in hostess she "waived" that. There were some people who appeared to live at the hotel but I was told they didn't. Maybe they were the "parking security". I was on a motorcycle and I put a trash bag over one of my packs that I left on the bike. When I got up the next morning the trash bag had the drawings pulled right and tied into knots. The wind was blowing so maybe someone thought they were doing me a favor by cinching the drawings down to keep the bag from blowing off. Either way it's dangerous to touch someone's motorcycle!

I understand the inn is an older building. It could have been the room we stayed in but the lighting was very poor. The bathroom had 3 bulb spots but only one in it. Also in the living area it was just a 60watt bulb lamp. Also the staff wasn't super knowledgeable on the upkeep and maintenance. I was also side winded on the fee to park my vehicle there. Like just include that in the fee or something

Their hot water wasn't working and they wouldn't give a refund because the manager wasn't there and we had to go through booking.com. Neither booking.com nor I could get ahold of the manager after that, and booking.com did nothing to rectify this egregious behaviour. Extremely disappointed will never do business with either ever again.

Outside scary but clean inside room and good price makes it good value.

This is an old hotel but clean despite outside appearance. Sheets clean, towels clean, but old mattress, so good value for a cheap hotel and first floor with no stairs helps me. Plus the water was plenty hot for the practically new hot tub and had a good refrigerator. No coffee machine if that matters.

Mole in bathroom on the window. Curtain rod close to falling down. Shower did not work properly. Patio carpet unsafe. Hangers broken. Bathroom door damaged. Table all scratched up. One chair to set on. No one was there when we checked out. Tried to get a receipt for the room. Walls damaged. Felt unsafe.

The location was the only nice thing.

There was no full kitchen in my room, only a fridge and mikrowave (differently advertised). Furthermore the blanket was so thin, it was neccessary to use the electric heater in the night, which was extremly loud. Almost no privacy, because the walls were so thin. It was also not really clean: there was hair laying around... I didn't have access to warm water for the whole stay, and there was no price reduction or anything, even though I tried talking to the manager and wrote an email, I didn't get an answer. I would not recommend this accommandation and would not stay there again, because I felt so uncomfortable

Quiet for most part

There was no running water cold or hot in the shower/bathtub, No hot water in either sinks, neighbors were very annoying loud and rude. A dog barked half the night the last day we stayed. My pillow smelled like cigarette smoke, no fan or ventilation in the bathroom. the TV had one station that you could watch, the internet was terrible. would not ever stay there again. Too many homeless people hanging around. The carpets outside were filthy, ash trays completely full and I am not a smoker! In my opinion this place should be shut down until they clean it up!!!! Like where do you get a Motel room without a running water for tub or shower. totally disgusting few days there.
