    URGENT CASE : I want to complain urgently against the HORRIBLE general manager Jesse and the corrupt female front desk reception Subba of the Days Inn by Wyndham fallsview Niagara falls Ontario. This morning when I have checked out and while I was kindly complaining about a grave issue of customer service of this hotel, those 2 people (manager staff) have been horrible and totally unacceptable manner with me. TOTALLY UNREAL !!! They both have mocked my complaint and the general manager Jesse has lied to me, even telling me that he stops the conversation and that he doesn't want to listen to my complaint !!! Totally horrible conduct from this manager Jesse and the same from his front desk receptionist Subbae. They even told me "leave leave leave" when I told them that I have addressed my complaint to the highest authorities. They were like satanic !!! I hope, it is your duty, that you will fire right now those two HORRIBLE people for the highest interest of your company for their horrible conduct with me.
