Decent but wouldn’t stay again.

Location to the casino was nice, small falls view from where it’s located. Had a bunch of restaurants, little store and Starbucks all connected.

Door has a special way to open it, had to literally jimmy the door to open it and it didn’t always work (usually took 2-3 times to get it). Security was in and out of a room across and beside us, left the latch out so everytime they left it slammed. Was fine at night time but woke us up at 6:45AM going in and out multiple times

The washroom in room was not cleaned thoroughly. There was long hair stuck to shower wall. The staff dismissed complaints because I did not notify them immediately. It was late, post casino and concert.

I know this is a busy time for hotels but for the price we paid we can only say it’s not worthy.

The bathtub wasn't clean enough; it had stains. Also, the credit card machine was broken when we checked in, so they took our debit cards and told us to check out at the front desk. However, when we checked out, the staff made us wait 10 minutes before returning our deposit, saying they needed to check the room.

The washroom in our room was good, the toilet although filled, just kept running at a slow run. If we lifted the lid and adjusted it would stop running. Did not bother reporting it as it turned out t9 be white noise and we shut the door to the bathroom.

parking cost, right beside the hotel there was a overnight parking place charge 20 dollars, the hotel charges 35 dollars. That too once you parked you cannt take it out and park it back again. Not worth it for the money you pay.

Very nice hotel and excellent location

We were given a free room upgrade. The room was very large and well appointed with a king bed. We did not have the opportunity to use the jetted tub in the room. The view was quite good as well. You can go to the OLG stage, casino, and Keg which are all connected so no need for a coat. That is very handy.

The parking rate is outrageous at $35.00 to park across the street in a lot that advertises $20 for parking. We also went to the Keg which is onsite and be aware that the gratuity is 25%. Makes for a very expensive overnight stay.
