No tooth brush No toothpaste We asked for some at 12am and the front desk worker, said come to front desk and hang up. Thought they would’ve brought it up to room. The tub Was clogged, slow drain Room had a wet smell, like the mats are old are not clean Breakfast was ok, you can’t go back to Your room to eat, force to eat with a lot of people vs a quiet breakfast in your room. They monitor you and make you sign in for breakfast.

Location was great

The staffs attitude. They were not accurate for the deposit. They let my friend pay 100 deposit, then me for 200. They let my friend check in early around 1 to leave their bag at the breakfast area but they refused us to check in earlier than 3 and they just let us bring our bag to the breakfast area. Elevator takes so long too.

Parking lot attendant matt was super friendly and made the stay a bit better.

The pool was disgusting. Hair floating and dead skin cells galore. We noticed after entering the pool with a two year old child. Hair was in the first bed upon check in. There were big cobwebs along the ceiling indicating they have been there awhile. There was a flosser pik under the bed upon looking for misplaced items when checking out. Found joint butts stuffed in the railing/wall on the balcony. When i tried to inform the staff over the phone the first night, no one answered. And when i brought this all to the front desks attention when checking out i was told I should have informed them of the situation. I tried and was not trying to wake up a 2 year old child as we checked in late. The breakfast was cold and mediocre and the only good thing about it was the store bought banana muffins. Im from niagara falls and I frequent these hotels often. This is one I will not be returning to and will be relaying this review amongst the people I know. Disappointed to say the least.

I loved everything about this place, who ever writes otherwise is a very grumpy person. The location is excellent, place is spotless. Ive red some stupid comments and they dont make sense, especially about smoking on balcony its considered outside not inside lol. My daugther was so happy ( picture attached ) There shouldn't be negative comments, you get what you paid for normally. This place is beyond excellent, especially staff members.

Everything is perfect i didnt pay hundreds of dollars for hotel so I cant expect everything to be perfect. I would just recommend to invest into a small microwave.

Very disappointing experience

The only thing that went well was that we could find a room with a good bed, although it was a very noisy room due to the heater that would turn on every 15 minutes and blow noisy air. The breakfast was warm and okay, and the pool/spa was warm and clean. The hotel is close to the falls.

First, when we got to the reception, we were poorly received by the front desk clerk, who rudely required a card that was not mentioned before when I called twice to confirm the reservation. If we did not have another way to pay for the stay, we would have no place to stay. I made this reservation because, according to the website, the hotel would offer "falls view", but they put us in room 107, on the floor below the main floor, where we couldn`t see anything through the window. We requested to change the room, and they refused to offer another option. Room 107 is very noisy; anyone staying at this hotel should never accept this room, and it is a shared room with other guests separated by a door, so your privacy is limited. In general, our experience was negative and disappointing; we expected more from a hotel near the falls, and the front desk clerk team was not polite and attentive to the guests' needs at all. When we finally checked out, they did not even thank us for staying there, as if we had done so for free. A full refund would be pretty fair in our case.

Excellent location, easy walk to the Falls. Affordable relative to other hotels in the area. Bed was firm but comfortable.

Only one small elevator, terrible quality tv in room, parking was $30/night but I was told $25/night over the phone, no chairs for the table in room, everywhere smelled like the pool.

The hotel location was great, but overall, it was a disappointing experience.

The room was nice and it was clean. The hotel was in a good location.

Employees not friendly, couldn't understand English very well. The hotel was not easy to navigate and there weren't enough signs to let you know where things were. We requested a room on upper floor facing the falls at the time of the reservation, and we were put in a room in a back building. Breakfast was very unpleasant, from the employee who jumped on us for not signing in for breakfast and giving our room number, to making us sit where she picked for us.

I don't understand the good reviews of this place 😕

The location is good. This is the only plus.

First of all, the hotel charged us for the room twice-once when we booked through booking.com and once on the reception desk. The argument was that the first payment was only a deposit and the second payment is the room fee - nonsense because the amounts were equivalent. So, they blocked us an extra amount we needed for other activities. Disgusting. Second, the service wasn't good. The breakfast is in the worst place possible - a very tiny basement space. You wait 15-20 minutes for a table, then again 15-20 minutes to get food. On top of this, there is a 20 minutes limited time to actually eat your breakfast. The room itself is OK-ish, the sink is outside of the bathroom which I dislike.
