    When I booked through agoda, I HAD NO IDEA that I would be assigned a room in the smaller 2-sorey bldg next door with NO ELEVATOR! Agoda, I ended up paying extra money for a room in the main building. Steffie, the lovely woman who checked us in, called it an upgrade! The breakfast was ok. The TV did not work because it could not connect to wifi!!!! I called down to the front desk twice, and got no response. A young man was there. He said he did not get my messages. He explained that the TV could not connect to wifi, and that we had to select Live TV( limited & SCRAMBLED). He said something about CHOICE not providing internet TV!Not true!!! I have stayed at nany nany CHOICE hotels throughout North America, but NEVER encountered a TV without wifi!!! WT hell!

    We had a great stay at Quality Inn & Suites! The location was excellent—close to the Skylon Tower and about a 10-minute walk to the Niagara SkyWheel, making it very convenient for exploring Niagara Falls. The room was comfortable, and our overall stay was smooth and quiet. One thing we noticed during our two-night stay was that the front desk was not always attended. At times, the front desk staff member seemed to be away from the desk or out of sight when guests needed assistance. Aside from that, everything went smoothly. We were also pleasantly surprised by the breakfast. It was a full breakfast, not just bread and coffee. There were eggs, waffles, sausages, and potatoes, which was a great way to start the day before heading out for a full day of activities around Niagara Falls. The hotel also advertises a buffet-style breakfast with warm food options. Overall, we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend Quality Inn & Suites to our friends and family. Great location, a quiet stay, and a filling breakfast—everything we needed for our Niagara Falls adventure!

    Location: excellent for Clifton hill activities and only 25 min walk to the Canadian Falls. Room: large, clean and comfortable bed, but awkward, especially the bathroom. the bathroom had a step up which is painful when you walk into it. The shower was tiny. The hairdryer was by the door, not the vanity. There was no plug near the vanity. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet properly. The fridge froze all our drinks solid. Finally, the air conditioner was noisy. Breakfast was a crowded area but had sufficient choice. Unfortunately, there was only one guy working and he had a hard time keeping everything stocked, but he tried hard. Staff were pleasant. Overall, you get what you pay for. We were only there for one night and only paid ***. We simply wanted a place to lay our head for a night. If that’s what you’re looking for, this hotel would be fine. Just try to avoid room ***. We saw other rooms when we passed by and they looked normal.🤷🏻‍♀️
