The room was nice and big but very cold and drafts although heat was working it’s very loud. Pillows not supportive way too soft as last time we stayed here they were more support in them.

King bed needs to be changed as it slumps in the middle, bathroom too small no room, toilet is so close to tub and bathroom door is close to toilet about a few inches from toilet hard to manoeuvre being so close! Coffee maker was not working properly. Other than that room size was good!

The front desk staff did not seem very friendly - granted, we were about 25 minutes early for check in, but we asked if we could park our vehicle and come back. Even after the 4:00 pm check in time, we were advised that our King Fallsview Room wasn't yet ready. The room itself was well maintained and clean. The floor was VERY noisy, as there was a large group of 10-12 year old hockey players who were not especially supervised. The sound of doors slamming and kids running in the hall was an issue. We did dine in one of the onsite restaurants and while the service was quick, the food was mediocre. Coffee in the room leaves a lot to be desired.

Room had a crappy layout. Not very happy staying on the 12th floor and by the freaking elevator. Elevator door was just outside our BED wall and heard hockey (30of which) til 12.30AM! And kids running and playing in the halls and running around all Sat, and jumping on 1408( above our room) at 7 am! Not very please as a Wyndham rewards member!

Stag was great! Parking is very expensive because it’s next to the falls. ( there’s close by places cheaper and near the falls). Washroom in my book room was dirty with a couple of stains. The bed was broken and kind of caved in. However the exterior, lobby and etc are clean. For the price I paid I would’ve expected a better quality stay.

Loved the location with the connected indoor walkway access to restaurtants, shopping and the casino. We spent two nights and didnt leave the property - which was perfect to avoid the cold winter weather. Prices are high but its to be expected for a touristy area. Staff was friendly and the room was clean. Parking prices were high, something I didnt see when booking or researching the visit.

Was a nice place to relax. Loved the (2) hot tubs. Only bad thing was I pd for a king bed and was given a queen bed. Explained to the front desk the next day and they said there are no queens on the property. (Which is a lie)! Because I know when I reserved it was an option. Bed was 6” shorter( width) I was very pissed

I reserved a room and paid a premium for a corner suite advertised as offering waterfall views and increased natural light through two windows. Upon arrival, I was assigned a room with only one window, on the opposite side of the building, with no view of the waterfalls. When I requested to speak with the manager, I was informed that these features are used strictly for marketing purposes and that the only guaranteed element of the booking is the bed size. This explanation is misleading. Customers are clearly being sold on the expectation that paying a higher rate secures a premium room experience, which in this case was not delivered. This constitutes false advertising and reflects a poor business model that undermines customer trust and damages brand credibility. The picture shows what was booked, and the hotel shows what we were given.

It was a very pleasant stay. We got tickets to the Yuk Yuks comedy show with friends and had a great time. It’s convenient that the club is connected to the hotel. The hotel bed was very comfy and the pool was nice. Would stay here again.
