Excellent stay & excellent value!

Perfect location, directly across from the Casino & minutes away from the Falls. Great hot breakfast - well worth including in room rate. We enjoyed our dinner in the restaurant too. Spacious room, comfy King bed, & big bathroom - all very clean. Highly recommended as a quieter alternative to the busy, more expensive Fallsview hotels!

Will stay again!

Staff were all great to deal with our entire stay. Hotel is in a great location, right in between all of our favorite spots. We had a great dinner at Co-cos in the hotel. The hot tub and pool and sauna were decent. Parking was included in our room fee and this made us very very happy. The Dove branded shower and sink products smelled amazing. We were provided with a good amount of towels which was a great surprise. We had a balcony right outside our room which was nice as well. All in all we will definitely stay here again!

The bed was SO HARD and we are actually still sore from the mattress, but the sheets and bedding were very soft and comfy. The TV in the room was not much bigger than a computer monitor which was strange but we weren't there to watch TV so we didn't make a deal about it.

The swimming pool area could use a good clean up ( lots of mold on window seals due to hot/cold from outside to inside) floors have stains. Other than that pool sauna hot tub very good( hot tub windows very noticeable with mold/stains.

Staff was great Alexandria waited on us for breakfast.friendly helpful. The bartender/waitstaff -alumna ( I may of got the name wrong) friendly , helpful enjoyable to talk with. The desk personnel were awesome , helpful enjoyable.When there was trouble with getting a pop out of a vending machine he gave me can of coke .( there is nothing like a coke). Also we needed a room change . It was done rather quickly. We always liked holiday inn express.food was good

Wonderful stay at Holiday Inn Niagara Falls! It far exceeded our expectations. We had been staying in several hotels on a long road trip, and this one was by far the best. From the knowledgeable and friendly staff, to the very clean and comfy room, and an amazing restaurant breakfast, everything was great. Excellent value for the money. Thank you very much!

Very Enjoyable!

Amazing location in the heart of Niagara Falls just a 2 minute walk from the falls. Though the building is older as most in Niagara are, its very well maintained and the rooms are modern and well kept. Cleaning staff are very nice as well. I would highly recommend and stay again myself!

I would have appreciated an included breakfast in the price of the room given its already overly expensive to stay in Niagara.

The staff was very friendly and helpful. The room was very clean and neat.

The phone in the room had push buttons for certain things, like front desk, restaurant, room service, ect. None of those worked. I had to go down to the front desk to get my question answered. I mentioned about the phone and they said, oh you have to press "0". The phone shouldn't have those other options when they aren't connected.

Very welcome check-in people and great location and facility. We were there for a show at OLG, only 3mins walk, perfect location.

Only the door is a little bit shorter and it doesn’t get locked the outside sound well. Need to have some sound insolation for the corridor.

The room was very nice, clean, and comfortable. The balcony overlooking the pool was cozy to sit outside on at night. Hotel was fairly quiet. Location was very convenient to things we wanted to do, the falls, shops, restaurants close by, including Coco's downstairs and Margaritaville next door, the Skylon Tower also next door, etc. .. and to the shuttle access for things we wanted to do that were beyond a close walking distance. The indoor pool was nice and the water temperature was much cooler as it was 90°, making it very refreshing!

The rooms do not have a microwaves, which is very inconvenient .. you have to go to a different floor to use a microwave just to heat up leftovers, coffee, etc.

The staff at the front desk was especially 👌 helpful.The lady and gentleman that was there the night of the 9th was most helpful. Can't thank them enough. Fix my son's suitcase he said to say thank you all.

We were on the 6th floor with a balcony facing towards the Casino across the street, but you could still see down towards the Falls a little bit !

We Go bus - shut down on Saturday night at 8pm , when it was supposed to be running till 11:30pm !!
