The website looks a little bit old in the lobby. But the rooms are renovated and pretty good.

Very good location to casino. Breakfast and parking came with room. Breakfast was nice and the staff at front desk were very nice. If room was in better location there would be no complaints at all.

Room was cold. Couldn’t get warm and was a very cold night room was located in far corner of hotel in stairwell area and it was cold. I asked for room with balcony and did not get it. Bathroom sink was weird.

The place is run down. Gives you that ICK feeling very poor shape. The tiles on the vanity were either sticking up or just missing the hall ways looked like third world. The bed was hard. Everything falling apart. Sorry I would never stay there again. My young son was grossed out and I had to convince him it was all good. elevators shaking. Walls beat up with holes. Water coming out of the sink was milky not clear! Plus the pool which was outside of the hotel was closed for the 3 days we stayed. We only stayed 2 of 3 days as our tournament was cancelled day 3 and I didnt feel we lost anything bc getting out of there asap was the goal. You need to tear it down and rebuild it, the pictures online are completely non representative of reality. Dated is not the word. Its RUN down, beat up, just gross.

We liked the location. In walking distance of everything

The rooms were absolutely freezing with no way to adjust the heat. The sink was clogged and in need of drain-o, queen frame with king mattress. The place was basic at best. If all you’re looking for is a bed, this is your place. You get what you pay for I guess.

Very loud heating/AC unit, not able to adjust speed in order to reduce noise but kept the room nice and worm (visiting in December), TV remote not working not able to turn off TV, even after pressing off button TV had bluish glare.

It’s our 2nd time there and we love the hotel, and the proximity to the casino and falls.

Clean, and friendly staff

The outdoor parking on the ramp needs to be better maintained during the winter. It was a literal sheet of use, cars could park, but people could not exit safely. I almost fell and pulled my back slightly to get out when I realized it was a blanket of pure ice.

Adequate accomadation for the price that we payed, an excellent location to the Fallsview theatre

The room decor is very dated, there needs to be a complete overhaul of everything including the floor, as some boards were loose. The bathroom was clean except for a stain on the tub that did not appear to budge. The toilet is very low, as this facility seemed to attract a lot of seniors, a higher toilet would be of great benefit. The tap on the sink was loose and needed to be cleaned better. Due to the wet weather, a floor mat at the front door would have been beneficial as when you entered the room, the floors were quite slippery due to wet shoes. An excellent breakfast available, and the lady in charge was extremely pleasant and helpful. She was very attentive to cleanliness of the breakfast room.

As noted above, issues re the floors, decor, low toilet and tub stain. One bed was a lumpy mattress, the other bed ok.

Not satisfied with our stay

Location is really good for the tourist, the breakfast was great!

Room was not we expected, it's not that really clean, we thought we will be assigned on the main building but we were assigned on the other building at the back. The room smells cigarette, and bed seems like really old, every move in the bed was making noise, it's so annoying and we were assigned at the 3rd floor with balcony and the room beside us the guest are awake till midnight and making noise in their balcony I think they were drunk, and you can really hear the noise outside, and there is also a fly inside our room. You can also hear the noise of the faucet on the other room as if it's like coming from our washroom. Over all we are not happy except for the breakfast.

Overall, my stay was disappointing. While the location was great for visiting the Falls, the property itself felt dated

The location was convenient and within walking distance of Niagara Falls, which made sightseeing easy.

The property is outdated and poorly maintained. The room had an adjoining door, and noise from the neighboring room made it hard to rest. It was disappointing to be charged nearly CAD 100 extra during checkout without clear explanation, especially considering the high room rate for the quality offered.

Breakfast selection very good, well stocked and tasty. Staff in breakfast area was wonderful! Dark haired gentleman at front desk was very pleasant and helpful. Pool was very enjoyable, clean, nice temperature, plentiful towels. Room and beds were very comfortable. Location was perfect for us. We were there to see a show at the OLG Stage across the road at the casino.

We had a hard time sorting out the TV channels. Very poor sound. We had to use the Close Captioning We never did sort out the air conditioning remote. The room was slightly warm - not quite to our liking. We didn't like the window covering - it was either closed or wide open to passing foot traffic. Sheers would have helped. We hadn't expected the Motel-type building. The view was not great - except for the Skylon close to the back yard. The open walkway was in shoddy condition.

Affordable, but dated.

For the price, this hotel is a good option! With breakfast and parking included in the price it makes it affordable. The buffet breakfast had plenty of options to feed even a picky eater. The hotel is clean and the staff were friendly. That being said the hotel definitely needs some upgrades! Our king bed was broken and we rolled into the middle. Also our AC unit was broken in our room, so they added a portable AC which worked, but was very loud. The room was slightly updated, like putting lipstick on a pig! It looks good, but served no purpose. Functionality things are falling apart. Either way if you need and affordable option the Quality Inn can be a good choice.

The location was excellent.

The pool and hot tub were dirty. The walls around the pool, the walls of the pool, had visible dirt buildup. A bottle of bleach and a good scrub would solve it but it was unpleasant. We specifically chose a hotel with a pool, and we swam in it, but it needs a deep clean. Also there were no towels at the pool the second day we were there.
