    First, was misled about the cost for the upgrades. Bathroom had stench. Booked two rooms. At checkout, somehow rooms were mixed up on the billls.This caused a lot of frustrations when trying to understand the charges. Asked to see a copy of my bills many times. Still have not received one of the bills. Very poor service at this hotel. Don't try getting help - its exhaustive. If this hotel was not located where it is, it would most likely be shut down. Will never go there again or recommend it to anyone.

    Hotel Review The location was excellent, and the room was very clean and beautiful. However, unfortunately, there was a lot of noise from repair work during the night and early morning, which made it difficult to sleep. This was quite inconvenient and affected our stay.

    The hotel is nice and the view is absolutely incredible as well. However, the amenities, especially the pool and jacuzzi, are practically unusable. The pool is supposed to be a relaxing place, but it is constantly filled with children screaming and jumping into the water. The parents seem to pay very little attention to their children and spend most of their time on their phones. Even though having a lifeguard or pool supervision may not be mandatory, I find it disappointing for a hotel chain like Hyatt to leave guests who simply want to enjoy a quiet and relaxing time by the pool in such an uncomfortable situation. I feel that the level of service and standards associated with a name like Hyatt are not being upheld.
