Better than sleeping in the car as far as you don’t wash your body

The exterior looks nice and attractive and we had a place to stay in overnight. Honestly, not much I can tell about the place that’s supposed to just provide you for a night or two

We have booked the suite with hot tub, however we couldn’t enjoy it as the place didn’t have hot water, so not only we didn’t use the hot tub, we couldn’t even take a shower. The staff had absolutely no idea what to do and couldn’t really help us, we have asked if maybe the boiler isn’t working, but we very told that it’s all one line, so I assume the whole hotel didn’t have hot water. We have also paid for the breakfast because the area is new to us and we didn’t want to search where to eat. The breakfast literally only included bread and one toaster. So now we know that there’s a buffet right across the street for a very decent price

In summary, experience is good!

Room is spacious and the provision of microwave and refrigerator is highly appreciated. Nice tables and bedside wardrobes. Provision of parking spots right in front of the units is great though I did not drive down.

The kitchenette/restaurant is extremely small for such a huge hotel with many different rooms. I had to be on a queue to pick up my breakfast and take to my room to eat. So choked up and not good at all. Health and safety consideration is 4! Lack of kettle and convenient seat/chair. The chair in there looks like and office chair! Though I did not need my beddings change but I expected the bins to be emptied everyday, not wait till I move out!

The room I booked through booking.com it supposed to have a hot tub but the room they give me upon arrival only have 2 double bed. I requested a room change on site but I have been told that the room that has been assigned to me is the one I booked. Also in the room there is no body wash liquid or soap and hair dryer for my partner. To be honest all of these tarnished our stay

Location. The hot tub.

The bathroom itself was dirty & dusty. The light switch by the faucet was cracked down the middle, it did not work, so, no light. The room itself smelt damp & musty. The controller, the back was missing, not a huge deal @ all, but does speak of the lack of detail & care plus upkeep. No coffee maker. Window coverings let in light & don't feel very private. Think the hot tub is where the budget went. The dead lock aka as chain on hotel room door, how is anyone suppose to use it, who fitted that & thought it could be used as added safety !

Modern, clean and good facilities - absolutely massive bed, and housekeeping and reception staff were a delight to work with

Door caught a bit had needed to be shoved closed, Bed was a little squeaky nothing major but I did notice it when trying to sleep, a guest also kept coming back at 2am talking loudly when walking past room door, nothing the hotel can do about that though just a downside to the design of the walkways and someone being inconsiderate

Very pleasantly surprised

We were a little apprehensive when we saw the outside of our suite, but we were very pleasantly surprised when we entered the room. It was clean, modern, and beautiful. The room was huge. It actually echoed, lol. The bed was very comfortable, and the jacuzzi was fabulous.

The only problem with the room was, with all that space, you'd think there would be somewhere to hang your clothes. Just a rack on the wall would be enough. A luggage rack would also be nice. Unfortunately, the breakfast was lacking. There wasn't much choice, and the room was very cramped. If we come back, we will probably go somewhere else for breakfast.

This place sets the standard for what every inn should be. The location was excellent, and the rooms and bathrooms were clean and comfortable.

Guests with cars parked near the rooms could be more considerate by closing their car doors gently during the early morning hours, when night owls may still be trying to sleep. While this isn’t the innkeeper’s fault, they might consider informing future guests to help maintain a peaceful environment.

We stayed two night and was barely in our rooms but to shower and sleep, so we made do.

We loved the location of the hotel. Bed was comfortable.

Could be a bit cleaner as far as vacuuming and mopping/sweeping and making sure the cobb webbs are taken care of on the ceiling and corner. Breakfast was not a good continental breakfast. Breakfast actually sucked here. Not good at all.
