The location was great. Close to the falls and Clifton hill, Lundy's lane. Rooms was clean and coffee. Hot and dark/strong coffee available just outside the lobby. Bed was very comfy and they had some nice new technology such as lights on mirrors and for the outside to notify when service needed.
Whomever is doing their repairs should probably be replaces as some fixes to the unit were not fixed very well. I was not a fan that there was no additional lock/dead bolt style on the door. The shower did not always have hot water right away, but with a bit of time it came through. Flooring was marble style for a little slick when wet.

Very closed to everything
I would said, the walls are very thin, the other rooms were heard a lot. Most of it the showers, that was the biggest problem

It was a place to stay for a night with free parking. Basic amenities included.
The rooms smelled a little, like most hotels fresh air will do them good. There wasn’t an elevator. There wasn’t a freezer in the fridge ( but the staff were nice and let us use theirs).
