The staff that was on site at the time were very helpful and friendly.
It is dated, lots of things not working and or under renovation but still charging the same. The room was not cleaned properly so we didn’t make use of some of the amenities. The payment methods were not clearly stated and we were charged through a visa/debit card which we were told would only be a confirmation as we were paying cash. The charges plus deposit were taken from the bank account and then we paid cash the next morning not realizing that the money was already taken in full not just a check for funds like a credit card would do. Had that been clarified in the beginning we would’ve just left the payment on the card and not paid again when leaving with cash. Just frustrating having to wait 3-5 business days for the funds to be returned to the bank account.

The beds were comfortable but that was it.
First off I called the reservation line to find out the price of parking, they told me it would be $20/night and when I arrived at the hotel I was told $25/night. Not sure why it would be different. I tried to explain this to the girl on the front desk but she just kept saying that is what it is and it would have been in my confirmation. If there was a parking fee it should be listed when booking. Hidden fees after the fact is not cool to find out when you show up. Then I was told to park around the back as there was an entrance their and it was be close to the elevators which it was. Upon my return from the Casino at 2:30am we park in the back and the back door is locked with a sign saying to use the front door. Well the lighting in the back is very poor and it was freezing cold outside that night and we were forced to walk around the building to the front. When we arrived inside their was no one working the front desk. I yelled excessivley loud so somone could hear me and their was no response. I even texted the number that texted me when I arrived and also called down to front desk and still no response from anyone. I even called the hotel number from my personal phone and again no answer. It was as if nobody was working at the hotel at all. A little disturbing to be honest. The smell in the halls were disgusting as it smelt like paint and paint thinner. I understand the hotel was under renovations but that was another thing that was not mentioned when I booked or at the front desk when I checked in. I understand they are doing renovations but at least you can spray some air freshers in the hallway to make it smell better. It was just a disappointing stay a the least. The Ihop restaurant that is there is ridiculously way over priced for there breakfast and not even worth going into. I definitely wouldn't reccommend this hotel to anyone and I deinitely wouldn't stay at this hotel ever again.

Close to the falls.
Charged for parking that wasn’t advertised

Location was good. Close to the Falls. Lots of options for dining nearby.
The hotel felt unsafe for staff and guests. The rear door did not require use of access card - perhaps it did late at night? Unfortunately this access allowed for person(s) who were not staying at the hotel to be in the stairwell. The staff were responded to rectify the situation but it seems to me it woukd have been better if the access was controlled.
The hotel needs a overhaul. The rooms are very outdated and carpets are threadbare. That said, the beds were comfortable and the bedlinens and towels were clean.

The location was good.
This hotel is reasonably priced if you are okay with outdated rooms, paying nearly half the cost of the room just to park, and facility fees that clearly do not go toward maintaining the facilities since none of them were actually available.
Parking is $25 per vehicle. Disability parking is located at the back of the building.
You will also be required to pay facility fees. These fees are for access to the pool, the gym, and the arcade.
The pool is located in a non climate controlled room made entirely of windows. There is no heat. Walking into it feels like going outside in winter. The pool itself is freezing. This may be enjoyable in summer but it should not be accessible during winter months.
The gym is a very small room near the pool with minimal equipment.
The arcade consists of approximately 15 machines. All require tokens or cost $2 to $3 per game. The token machine does not work and according to staff has not worked for some time. You may also need to take a walk to the nearest ATM, as the one located in the lobby does not work.
The mini mart consists of two overpriced vending machines, a microwave that takes approximately three minutes to slightly warm a single slice of pizza, and Niagara Falls souvenir sweaters, mugs, and flasks.
If you are looking for coffee, you have options. One option is your room, where you can make coffee using either bathroom tap water or the conveniently placed Fiji water sitting directly beside the coffee machine. Just be careful not to miss the small sign letting you know each bottle is $3.50.
Your other option is taking a walk up the street to Tim Hortons, because the advertised Starbucks in the lobby is nothing more than a broken machine sitting underneath a Starbucks sign. The branding is doing all the work. The coffee is not.
The rooms are dated but generally clean, however the entire building has a persistent musty smell that strongly suggests it was once a smoke friendly hotel and the scent simply never left.

The location is good. There is a shuttle to the casino if you're into that.
The parking is an extra $25. There is a $4.99 on site fee because you book on booking.com. You should add that to any amount that is listed on booking.com. The pool is so cold it is unusable. The hallways and my room were dirty. I didn't notice until the next day in sunlight all of the dirt in the room.

Very good location.. staff are so professional and friendly
Next booking is my obligation to check is pool open or not. This time pool was closed due to gas leaking and nobody said anything on chcek in. When I went to pool with my kids it was freezing. After checking what is wrong front desk told me pool is close with out any apologies or goving other options or discount or compensation. In the end I had hard time to cancel and left hotel.

We like to walk so being a little bit further from falls is ok. Now jacuzzi tub and balcony and didn’t break the bank!!
The coffee. Even down at IHOP it tasted like cheap watered down coffee. It was the rooms free coffee that I paid $5 for. Wasn’t too thrilled on that.

Was not clean. Old, dirty and run down. $25 for parking is criminal when you’re already paying more than $100 a night. Our room smelled like cigarettes and mold.

Why charge for parking, should be included in price. Also a fee for the wifi, should be in price. Providing a coffee maker in the room and then charging for the bottled water? Should be in the room price.

Place was dirty. Hair and dirt everywhere in room. Taped up broken windows. Room was outdated, holes in carpet. Hottub was a small jetted tub, barely workable full of someone elses black hairs. Tap broke off when we first started tub and then we were blamed for breaking it and charged $200 damage cost. Indoor pool had mold onthe sides. Beds sheets were dirty when we arrived and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and old.
Everything. Place is a dive
Place frauds credit cards and charges double x2 for hotel costs and then refuse to resolve

Could have been so much more comfortable…it needs a taller toilet as well as as a small table beside the chair and two switches for the bathroom light and fan due to noise level

From staff behaviour and cooperation to hot water issue in washroom. Noisy floors, no room supplies no city view as mentioned in our booking!

We had worst experience staying at this experience.
Firstly, the room had bad odour of smoking in room, then changed the room and second had dangerous scary voices and then everything informed to the staff.
She said manager will do something about this but nothing happened.
Then the price of the stay was $630 but staff asked to pay almost $680 and mentioned about facility charges etc which was never mentioned during check in.
Complete waste of MONEY and STAY at this hotel.

The jacuzzi tub was nice.
Room had torn curtains, Damaged furniture, broken toilet handle, bed so hard we hurt, added a resort FEE on top of what total we were told when we booked and after asking them to remove it was told it's mandatory which is a lie it's not a tax it's a fee. They don't take Debit anymore made me pull cash from the debit card they wouldn't take at fee of $6 from their ATM. Felt like I was getting nickled and dimed at every turn with $30 for parking now as well.. never be back. Thank you for the great Birthday getaway....

We liked the comfort of the bed and that we had a balcony room. Close to all shops & falls.
Customer service & states of room & parking (I was disappointed that we had to pay for parking. I have not paid for any parking fee while a guest at any Hotel.)

The staff don't know much about their policy and if you don't know either you will pay extra.eg they were charging us for pool whether used or not which doesn't make sense.
Some of the staff are rude.

Nothing. I only liked the service provided by Lovepreet as she kept apologising and showed empathy for all the mess up
The manager, Lincel, and her colleague Diksha displayed extremely poor customer service throughout our stay. She was cold, unhelpful, and refused to apologise for multiple errors made by the hotel. Her attitude was consistently rude—not just to me, but to our entire group. From the very first interaction, she was dismissive, failed to explain basic details, and made no effort to be welcoming.
To make matters worse, I’ve just discovered an unexplained charge on my card. I was never informed of this, and I have no idea what it’s for. This is completely unacceptable.
We complained about the uncleanliness of the bathroom yet nothing was done about it.

Room was dirty and had a bad odor, bathroom sink was cracked, shower had no water pressure and shower head was dirty, dim lighting in bathroom, having to pay for parking, no refrigerator or microwave, nickel and diming on a room that was already overpriced, motel needs total renovation, pool heater was not working, no free breakfast for the price that was paid for this room. I will NOT stay at this motel again. This motel is an embarrassment to the Ramada name.
