Was not clean. Old, dirty and run down. $25 for parking is criminal when you’re already paying more than $100 a night. Our room smelled like cigarettes and mold.

Worst hotel experience ever.

Place was dirty. Hair and dirt everywhere in room. Taped up broken windows. Room was outdated, holes in carpet. Hottub was a small jetted tub, barely workable full of someone elses black hairs. Tap broke off when we first started tub and then we were blamed for breaking it and charged $200 damage cost. Indoor pool had mold onthe sides. Beds sheets were dirty when we arrived and the mattresses were extremely uncomfortable and old.

We had worst experience staying at this experience. Firstly, the room had bad odour of smoking in room, then changed the room and second had dangerous scary voices and then everything informed to the staff. She said manager will do something about this but nothing happened. Then the price of the stay was $630 but staff asked to pay almost $680 and mentioned about facility charges etc which was never mentioned during check in. Complete waste of MONEY and STAY at this hotel.

The jacuzzi tub was nice.

Room had torn curtains, Damaged furniture, broken toilet handle, bed so hard we hurt, added a resort FEE on top of what total we were told when we booked and after asking them to remove it was told it's mandatory which is a lie it's not a tax it's a fee. They don't take Debit anymore made me pull cash from the debit card they wouldn't take at fee of $6 from their ATM. Felt like I was getting nickled and dimed at every turn with $30 for parking now as well.. never be back. Thank you for the great Birthday getaway....

The manager, Lincel, and her colleague Diksha displayed extremely poor customer service throughout our stay. She was cold, unhelpful, and refused to apologise for multiple errors made by the hotel. Her attitude was consistently rude—not just to me, but to our entire group. From the very first interaction, she was dismissive, failed to explain basic details, and made no effort to be welcoming. To make matters worse, I’ve just discovered an unexplained charge on my card. I was never informed of this, and I have no idea what it’s for. This is completely unacceptable. We complained about the uncleanliness of the bathroom yet nothing was done about it.

Room was dirty and had a bad odor, bathroom sink was cracked, shower had no water pressure and shower head was dirty, dim lighting in bathroom, having to pay for parking, no refrigerator or microwave, nickel and diming on a room that was already overpriced, motel needs total renovation, pool heater was not working, no free breakfast for the price that was paid for this room. I will NOT stay at this motel again. This motel is an embarrassment to the Ramada name.

The carpet in room 615 smelled incredibly musty. Quite gross, actually. Unfortunately, the a/c in room 615 is loud and definitely in need of repair.

The location

It's not value for money. The beds are not comfortable, ended up with backache. There is no fridge in the bedroom. The room was not clean, we even found dirty socks, most probably from the previous guests, in the room. 2 days after checkout, I have been charged an extra $7 on my credit card. I called to inquire and they said it was charged from housekeeping for the water bottles in the room. I explained that we never used the water bottles but they put me on hold before disconnecting. I called back few times and they never answered back. So, not recommended at all.

Arcades were absolute garbage Kids wanted to Play Hardly any of them worked. 😕 elevators were real slow and didn't always stop at pressed location..other then that. For 2 nights it was pretty good.. TV was quite dated

There was no hot water at certain times and when we let the front desk know they sent up maintenance and they told us we had to run the water at least half an hour before it got warm and then when you were showering, the water would get cold really quickly. the first night we didn’t shower cause there was no hot water and they didn’t do anything about it

Overall a satisfactory experience.

We were assigned rooms on different floors due to a booking error, but the front desk helped us get not only rooms close by, but interconnecting rooms. This made things very convenient for us as one family.

One of the rooms did not have the AC turned on when we arrived. The room was incredibly hot and smelled terrible.

Our bath tub in our room was the best part ! The location was great as well, other than that, I don’t recommend.

Well when we checked in, the two people at the desk were very rude. Then gave us a room key where someone was already checked into, when we arrived to our room. Went back to the desk, the guy brushed it off like it was nothing, and didn’t really seem to care. Seemed like he was the manager as well, from how he was dressed, which is even worse as far as I’m concerned.

The location is good. Handy check in and check out process.

Short staff in the evening. I phoned room service, but no one answered, so I had to walk down to the reception for asking my questions. As a hotel guest, I thought I would be given free parking or a larger discount on parking. However, the parking fee is not friendly and I ended up parking nearby with a cheaper parking fee.

I liked the location

This hotel is so dated it needs major Reno’s to bring it up to 2025. My room had a carpet from the 70s it was bubbled and even tho it was clean it looked gross. The sink was cracked and the jaccuzi tub was dated with marks on the ceiling from years of use. The lamps most certainly came out of the 70s
