Old building. Caulking should be changed to look cleaner. Sound and weather isolation should be improved. LOTS of noise from the street. Lamps from another time are dirty and should be changed.

Near to everything yet away from the hustle and bustle if you wanted some quiet time Dave was so helpful and friendly . The cleaning staff were friendly . Pool was lovely after a busy day or just for a chill day couldn’t fault this motel .

The guy working the desk was friendly and funny upon arrival. The facilities were clean and well kept. Our room was comfortable and cool. I chose this spot for the pool and I wasn't disappointed. It was so relaxing and nice, not over crowded. Night staff kept a very good eye on the place. It's a busy intersection, with several passers-by, some trying to hop the fence to jump into the pool after hours and the security guy was all over it lol 😂 anyway, we felt our vehicle was quite safe in their lot. They'll even help direct you to a parking spot. The staff kept very good care of the place, even sweeping away all the puddles down the drain, after a heavy rainfall. A very pretty, well kept property. I appreciated having a separate sink area, outside of the bathroom(there's also a sink in the bathroom itself). I'm a regular visitor to Niagara Falls and this will now be our new spot when we do. We were able to see the fireworks over the falls from our balcony. A pleasant surprise.

I think the door locking system could use an upgrade, giving the option of having 2 card keys as opposed to those old school key and keychains. Makes it easier to carry in a wallet or pocket. Our door was difficult to close, we had to really give it a good push for the latch to catch and close properly. Otherwise, there's nothing I didn't like

Perfect place to visit the falls with a limited budget

Very kind and warm welcome from the staff. Located at 15 min walk from the falls. Nice to jump in thr pool at the end of the day.

The insulation is not great so it can be noisy at night. Equipements in the room were limited, we would have liked a boiler.

Expected Better, Especially Regarding Internet and Comfort

One of the beds in the room did not have enough power outlets nearby, and the only outlet next to the other bed was not working, which was very frustrating. The ventilation in the room was also poor, making it feel hot and humid, and it was difficult to sleep comfortably. Additionally, the internet connection was extremely weak, we were unable to use it at all, which was disappointing since one of the main reasons we chose this hotel was its high rating for internet service.

Our room was spotless - so clean and comfortable! We were impressed with the whole area of the motel - well looked after and maintained. The location was perfect - not in the busiest area of the town which was appreciated! But we were able to walk wherever we needed to go.

Beautiful, welcoming and clean.

I spent two nights me and my husband it’s was our anniversary. The room was so clean and beautiful the only thing no microwave was in there but AC was working refrigerator was working and Pool was clean but a little bit cold, 15 minutes walk to the falls and close to both Casino I love it there. the gentleman in the office was so nice and welcoming I will definitely be back.

staff were friendly and helpful. arranged a taxi ride back to buffalo airport. the taxi driver was excellent and knew how to avoid the long wait at rainbow bridge by going cross country.
