Clean , comfortable and helpful staff

This property was exceptionally clean, staff was helpful and we were able to bring our two dogs along with us. When requesting a room refresh during our 3 night stay - everything was spotless when we returned , new towels were provided and bed were made up . Room was spotless and smelled amazing ! I was very happy with our stay, we will be back .

Good value for pet owners.

Loved the location. Staff were friendly. Beds were comfortable. Bathroom was very clean. Loved that the staff put us on the ground floor for easy access. Very pleased that the hotel policy accommodated our small dog at no extra cost.

Although the room appeared to be very clean, we moved a chair and there was a dirty sock from a previous tenant underneath. And the fan from the heater sounded like a jet taking off every 15 minutes which made it difficult to sleep soundly. Otherwise, the room was good value for the money.

Free parking and close to falls however very dated and run down!

Free parking was great and distance not far from falls about 15 min walk to Clifton hills main attractions and the falls.

Place is really run down! It is cheaper accommodation so not expecting bells and whistles however room was very dated and had broken bed ends the bathroom had cracks in the walls, air conditioning was very loud and also had electrical wire poking out the side. The beds are comfy and clean just very dated room. The entry to the accommodation and the communal hall ways very rundown. Plenty of parking but area is at the far end of the Clifton hills area and feels a little unsafe all be it had no issues. I thought would be on par with a days inn/travelodge but was not as nice.

Definitely a good price/performance-eatio. Our Dduble room was large enough for all our bags and had all the Basic amenities. The 2 Beds were very comfortable. Enough free parking space. Free coffee in the morning. Good Location with 15-20 Min. walk to the falls.

There was one loud employee in a conversation in the middle of the night, which could be heard on the whole groundfloor = doors are not sealed or too thin…

A clean, tidy and cost effective stay.

Easy to find and plenty of parking. Room size was good. Very clean rooms, bed was comfortable. Plenty of towels. Floors are not carpeted which is great. We liked location as it was a pleasant walk to our destination at the OLG stage. Free Wifi worked well.

Stairs need redoing as quite a few had broken tiles which could be unsafe. Bathtub needs new faucet.

The employees were friendly and trying to help The site of the motel is near to the falls about 20 minutes walk It is near to some restaurants and a gas station with a convenient store open 24/7

The pictures showed that there is a swimming pool but when we arrived it was under construction The rooms was full of animals hair that caused allergies to me and my family We had a problem with one room (203) as the AC was suddenly turning off but the employee found another room for us The rooms didn’t have what a regular motel would have. We rented 3 rooms. We had only one room with a microwave. There was no water boiler. There was a room with no phone. And the ice machine in the hallway was broken.

ANTS, BLOOD, BUGS! NOT WORTH IT

The only thing I liked about this hotel was the older gentleman that was working when we checked in I believe he was the manager.

We found a BUNCH of ANTS in our rooms, on the dressers, floor and BEDS! They got into all our food within the 2 hours we left to go downtown to eat. DEAD bugs everywhere like they didn’t sweep the rooms and BLOOD on the sheets of 3 BEDS! We had 3 rooms with 2 queen beds and all were HORRIBLE. We ended up deciding to leave and find a new place to stay after the horrible man with the “33 years of hotel experience” wasn’t any help at the front desk when we took up our concern about the ants and just give us sass and attitude acting like we are the ones that took the ants to the hotel 😠 I would never everrrrr stay here again and I would never ever tell anyone to stay here! If I could give this hotel less stars it’d be -5 stars! Put your money somewhere else.. probably end up paying just a little more for Hampton or Hilton hotel.. we travelled 24 hours and it was a last minute hotel booking! I wish I looked at the reviews!

The location is great. Walking distance to all attractions (Clifton Hill and Casinos) etc as for the fair price by location. The staff were awesome and the cleaning team did a great job. Always seen them cleaning

I didn’t mind the location as some people might think its location had a lot of homelessness and addicts, but it’s actually a couple blocks west from hotel that’s pretty busy with that problem. I really enjoyed my stay.

The tub/shower is outdated. I had great difficulty to getting the shower to work. My husband took a cold shower , since it was summer time , he did not bother at all. However, in the winter time, could be a problem.

The manager was exceptional! Extremely clean and very easy to get to! Lots of parking, easy to get to everything, and my poochie was able to come! That was a bonus!!! Not too many places accept your pets, so this was the original reason I came to Motel 6. Then was pleasantly surprised with hotel, staff and surroundings! Would definitely go again!

One of our rooms wasn’t cleaned when we checked into the room , but they allowed us in early check in. They had it ready for 4pm. Issues with all our tv - 4 rooms. Remote did not sync and work with the tv
