Location was good

Rooms were too cold, heaters were very low throughout the night. Also, the staff in the night at check in was very unfriendly

this hotel is no where close to 3 stars, the room was disgusting. stain on toilet seat, shower head sprays all over the place, very poorly cleaned, spotted some bugs around as well. the stairs to get to the room are very dangerous in winter conditions, hotel didn't at least put down some salt it was like a skating rink, thankfully we didn't fall but it was close. the beds were horrible, felt like the spring was gonna come through the mattress. I will never stay here again and I'm really considering deleting your app.

Never had an experience like this. I said I wouldn't write a review but after booking.com negotiated a refund on my second day cancellation (I paid in cash and was given my cash back for day 2) they attempted to charge the card I had on file 2 more times. On top of it being the smelliest room I've ever walked into and extremely dirty (dirty is an understatement) I found a bed bug, brought the picture to the front desk and within 2 seconds the front desk lady said it wasn't a bed bug with confidence...almost as if they've had this argument before and 'deny deny deny' is their defence mechanism. They tried everything in their power to deny me my money back for my second night (keep in mind I didn't ask for a refund back for night 1) but once they dealt with booking.com they agree'd. Of course they weren't interested in customer service as they were so stubborn they had to make sure they got something from me. There was a DRIP of a Powerade on the bed sheet. Not a spill, not a mess, but literally a dribble and apparently that ruined the sheets so they charged 30 dollars. At that point I was like ..ya sure. Whatever. Arguing I deserve a refund because they have bugs in their room was hard enough, I'm not wasting time arguing about a drop of juice. I would say anybody who does laundry would agree a drip of juice doesn't ruin an entire sheet but then I thought 'oh yea, this place doesn't wash anything so they probably aren't aware that comes out with soap' I had no intention of even coming here with this until they tried to be slick and charge my visa debit after I left . Luckily I didn't have money in my account and it denied them. They also claim to booking.com That they never tried to charge my card...screenshots show otherwise . I've booked 14 stays in the falls this year. Every one I've rated 5 stars. No complaints until I tried this place. Take that for what it's worth.

prior to booking I asked the staff over the telephone whether it was a motel and he he replied that it was a genuine 3 star hotel. When I arrived there I immediately knew that it was a motel of poor quality.

The location was the only thing

We were very disappointed in the staff from the time of check-in she was extremely rude. She charged us an extra $50 because we didn’t have a credit card nowhere was that in the fine print anywhere. We questioned her about it and she didn’t even really have an answer for us and we did ask several times. The blankets on the bed was disgusting and dirty - the shower was broken the lever to pull up the shower to start wouldn’t work so my boyfriend literally had to hold it up just so I could even have a shower when we questioned the front desk about it. They had no answer whatsoever didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience. Save your money and go to another motel in the area. I’ve been to other motels in the area a few that were actually way better than this. We will definitely not return here. Save your money.

If you don't mind the age, it's a great deal

The facility itself cannot be said to be new, but the air conditioning was working well enough that it was almost cold. The water pressure and temperature of the shower were also fine, and I was able to use it comfortably. It was a wonderful location with easy access to the casino, Skylon Tower, and lively streets.

Since the entire facility gives off a sense of age, I believe that if you pay attention to the finer details as much as possible, the overall impression will change. For example, securely attaching the toilet paper holder.

Absolutely nothing.

Owner and the only person you ever get to interact with at the front desk is incredibly rude, and clearly has No idea how to run a business. She seemed very confused and angry with me for booking online. I spoke to 2 other family’s also staying at the same time as me and they said they’re interactions with the lady at the front desk were also really bad. Also disgusting room, drip marks all over the walls, towels were dirty, shower curtain was covered in mold, and more. Oh also they did provide a microwave in the room, but it had the plug cut off the back.

Well we had dirty towels hanging up in the bathroom, then the place just seemed ghetto and dirty as is, the staff didn’t seem to friendly the mother seemed pushy and over strict and like she wanted to be in charge and just give a hard time, then we get charged because of stains on a white sheet but you literally bleach the blankets and they lie and say they charge $75 to replace the one beds sheets like sheets don’t even cost $75 and bleach removes all stains they’re just horrible $200 deposit which is unnecessary and too much then you have to pay for parking which is super inconvenient if you pay for a room the parking should be included for free anything to rip people off money hungry fools DONT STAY HERE!

Nice hotel perfect location

The hotel staff were very nice and the payment was smooth and simple. Deposit was returned right after stay. The walk ways were fairly slippery however it was raining all weekend. The room was perfect for just sleeping in the hotel and it was very close to the falls and Clifton hill.

they had cockroaches and bed bugs ruined my clothes and the rest of my luggage and they won’t compensate me for that and they wouldn’t refund me for my three three nights I had left as I left early and they were being aggressive about the situation and only making me and my partner more upset then they told us if we don’t like their rooms to just leave the property and on top of that booking.com is being no help what so ever

I have stayed at this hotel previously. This time I was very disappointed that the room I was given was very cold and heating was not working. When I notified the management about this problem they informed me that there is some work going on that's the reason the heating is not working. They gave me a small heater but that was not heating the room at all. I complained again and they opened another room for me and that room was also not heating well. They should have informed me prior if there was any problem with the heating. I had no choice but to do hotel reservations in another hotel. They didn't even refund me my amount. I wouldn't recommend this hotel.
