* They charged me more for motel which I thought to be a hotel, in our arriving day of our visit I paid $30 more to stay in the hotel. On the site it's mentioned that kids stay are free but not true, during the booking they didn't let me book one room they charged for my kids too. * The TV is not connected to WIFI * One room didn't have phone connection * The room smelled so bad * Please change the heating system, it makes lots of noise at night, people can't sleep

The bathroom was nicely renovated & the bed was clean. The location was in perfect proximity to all the things. The in room heater was awesome too - throws some good heat!! I liked having a mini fridge.

The breakfast barely qualified as breakfast, very bare bones. The room had 100’s of tiny ants everywhere. The walls were paper thin, so I listened to my neighbours Indian music most of the 2 days I was there, I could even hear them turn on Netflix. Sigh. The bed was pretty hard & pillows were lumpy.

The fact that they’re attempting to renovate.

The facility is beyond tired and worn out. We checked in and were awaiting a room but after seeing the facility conditions…made the right choice to move on to a better facility. Some examples are pest control trap in breakfast area under table, brick in middle of breakfast area holding flooring down, stained ceiling tiles, air vent in main entrance periodically released odd smell. We travelled with a sports team and families…several people from our team had been assigned rooms and upon entry found bugs under pillows and coming out of drains etc, bedding was stained, showers had mold…and so on. Niagara Region Public Health needs to be proactive and spot check these older facilities and ensure public health is top priority. Choice Hotels needs to spot check, doubt this would meet corporate expectations.

Not clean. Bathroom grout filthy on the floor. Dirty entrance door. Marks on the walls. Bed linen wrinkled not ironed and looked like it had been slept in. My partner is covered in bites today so we are assuming there are bed bugs in the bed!!

For budget friendly options this was a great place.

We enjoyed the fresh waffle breakfast, and the quick service to do refills. The staff was quick to address any concerns, which we really appreciated. Some of the lights were not working in the rooms and they were quick at replacing them, as well as one of the wifi of the rooms.

It would be better if they had the rooms checked prior to check in to make sure everything is working properly, however they were quick to accommodating any concerns.

I paid 220$ per night for a room that’s not even close to 60$ worth. The pictures on the website were deceptive. I’ve stayed at multiple quality inns before, this is the first time I’m booking on my own and I have to say I was very disappointed especially for the price I had been paying. Breakfast service was poor. The only healthy food available was eggs and sausage. They brought 6 eggs at a time and everyone had to wait for almost half an hour to put together something in the plate for us to eat. Never had such an experience.

Very affordable place with adequate comforts

We had a double-queen room on the second floor of the external building. The location is very central and close to all attractions and local WEGO buses that will take you to more remote attractions. It was relatively quiet taking into account the location near the road. The room had all basic necessities - clean renovated bathroom, clean towels, toiletries, iron and ironing board, lots of hangers, small fridge, coffee maker with choice of tea and coffee, good air conditioning, big TV, rather comfortable beds. The staff was very nice and polite. Breakfast was awesome with lots of choices. If you are not looking for luxuries of a 4-5 star hotel and just need a very affordable place to sleep and have a nice nutritious breakfast before heading out for a whole day of adventures, this place is the right one.

There was only one staircase leading to the second floor of the external building. Two others are closed, probably for repairs. The entrance door to the room was sticking and required a "break-in" push with a shoulder to be opened. My kids had fun with it though.

A good location, but with opportunities for infrastructure improvement

I liked the hotel's location because it was close to the places I was interested in visiting. I consider the location is one of the hotel's strengths and worth publicizing. The rooms were very clean.

I didn't like that the breakfast food wasn't replenished quickly, as there were quite a few guests and they ate the food, but the staff wasn't attentive to the need for more food for the guests who were arriving, and they had to eat what it was left. Among the hotel's opportunities is infrastructure improvements, as we identified deterioration in the steps leading to the rooms.

The location was great, easy to walk to most attractions. There were your basic breakfast options, nothing that stood out as amazing.

We were in the motel across the parking lot, the TV couldn't pick up on the WIFI for some reason so the Roku was completely useless to us. Also not having a small fridge/microwave was a little inconvenient.

Saved the day

After our original hotel cancelled without warning we were desperate to find accommodation and found quality inn, they saved the day. It may be a bit dated and could do with some freshening up but it was adequate for our stay. The room was warm which suited me perfectly (although air con worked well). The bed was extremely comfy although the bedding could have been better. There were a few options available for breakfast, some better than others. The location was perfect, for us anyway. There was a pool available which we didn't use but it looked OK. Considering what we paid I'd say it was pretty good value for money and Considering they saved the day for us we were greatly appreciated the service. Thank you.

Value for money, Love it!

This hotel is value for money. it may not be the best around, but in terms of value for money, it's worth it. I was looking for a hotel that wouldn't put a hole in my pocket and still provide value. this just did it. We were going to visit the Niagara Falls. For the location, this is just awesome - just a few minutes' walk to the Falls and all the attractions and thousands of restaurants around. Not in the heart of it, but within a good distance, so you don't have to experience the noise, but still very close to all the fun. I think the location is the best thing about the hotel. Then, the hotel staff were just awesome, friendly and always ready to assist. Breakfast was not exceptional, but decent and good. Like I said, it's value for money. The Hotel was clean too. Overall, I enjoyed my stay at this hotel and if i have to go back to Niagara, I would not mind staying here.

The fitness room has only 2 equipment, not much of a fitness room. I did not mind, though, it would have been nice to have a microwave in the room, not a deal breaker, Still enjoyed the stay

Not worth even its close to clifton hill

The location. Just the location

First off, I had a confirmed booking using booking.com. It was a superior King suite (2 king bed). When we arrive even after showing the booking, they dont have our name in their system. Now since they should still give us a room told us that since theres an error, they can give us a 2 queen bed room. Secondly, parking was included in booking.com. I got to pay again. Third, TV wasnt working and had to contact front desk. Lastly, breakfast is so bad that people had to wait for them to refill. Its just eggs and sausage thry couldnt even refill that fast people had to wait.

Ok for basic needs if you just have to stay in the room for sleeping and prefer to spend a day out.

The room was clean and had two queen beds just what we booked. All the basic facilities were available such as bathroom accessories, hair dryer, iron, etc.

We didn’t like the bathroom. There was no bath mat, the shower head was very loose and broken and had a big hole above the shower head, the toilet flush wasn’t working fast. There wasn’t ambient sufficient lighting in the room. I feel that we could have got much more for the price we paid for so definitely it’s not value for money because there are many other hotels that cost the same and yet has good ratings.
