Location is the only positive ✨️

Online photos don't show the disgusting mold all over the shower seams, the shower Fawcett was barely attached to the wall, the dust and spiders and hair all over the bathroom walls, the garbage from previous people left under the chairs. Cobwebs all over the room. My kids didn't even want to shower because THEY were grossed out. Never again. I'll go back to the hotel we usually go to!

The location was excellent — very close to the Falls and within walking distance of major attractions and restaurants. The check-in process was smooth, and the staff at the front desk were friendly. The room was clean and had the basic amenities we needed for a one-night stay. Free parking was a big plus as well.

Neighbour were talking loudly on the phone right outside my room door for the time being, which made it hard to relax.

Overall, a budget friendly motel stay for a couple of nights only.

Great location to venues, staff were friendly and room was very clean and comfortable.

There were no side lamps beside the bed, only one light mounted on the opposite wall to the bed as the room light source. No coffee maker, Kleenex or ice bucket in the room was disappointing.

I am yet to receive my deposit of 100 dollars for damages which they said I will receive it in the morning of when I check out I have checkout over 24 hours and haven’t goten it yet

it’s was a convenient location to that main attractions and everything we wanted to do!

it could have been a bit cleaner and updated, no coffee maker in the room just the lobby and no other options like tea or juice. also the beds were not the bed I kept rolling into the middle which would have been fine if it was my husband not my best friend lol

3 years and counting repeat stays it’s comfortable quiet and walking distance to literally evrything

We’ve been coming here every year since 2019 and will continue to every year the price is the best around the walk to the horseshoe and Clifton is very close. It’s quiet the staff are very friendly check in and out is super easy.

nothing. we did not stay there! we went to find a hotel somewhere else and I am looking for a refund. Heat was not working. The heat register was open and tgere were metal pieces laying and sticking out by the register which is very unsafe for my kids. we decided to leave and the guys said to call booking.com and they will refund.
