    I paid for parking with agoda but I was still charged at the hotel. Why do I have to pay twice. The hotel admin was rude and was insisting on paying instead of resolving it or offering to resolve at a later time as I was exhausted but I had to spend time with them explaining but at the end had to end up paying for the parking again to them.

    hotel charged me for parking even tho i parked overnight at the casino, veh was there maybe 2 hrs

    Very clean room and big the bed itself was hard but do able to sleep in But for low price cant be beat on being close to all the attractions of Niagara has to offer. Would definitely stay again. Parking cost extra which seems to be a going rate all over the area.

    100% excellent location but the room and amenities is very very poor as well as the bad smell inside. I am not happy during my stay.
