    Perfect location when wanting to do fun activities on Clifton Hill with your children. Clean, comfortable and sufficient choice for breakfast. Nothing fancy, but a good price for the area.

    It checks all boxes but most things are at bare. e.g., Coffee is at breakfast and in room, but no one could take more than one sip. Breakfast is there but bare basic and get super busy (no seating and uncomfortable with so many people). Location is the main reason. It was v.clean. Pool is there but its v.small - even kids who don't swim find it not adequate. More than 2 families and then there is no space. If you are spending less time inside, then its good. If you planning to enjoy the hotel - unless this is the absolute cheapest option. Also, the price match gurunatee from agoda , "Choice hotels", etc is fake. Even after their absurd 20 restrictions, I qualified they stopped responding! Even their own staff have no way to contact and address that.

    Location: excellent for Clifton hill activities and only 25 min walk to the Canadian Falls. Room: large, clean and comfortable bed, but awkward, especially the bathroom. the bathroom had a step up which is painful when you walk into it. The shower was tiny. The hairdryer was by the door, not the vanity. There was no plug near the vanity. The toilet seat did not fit the toilet properly. The fridge froze all our drinks solid. Finally, the air conditioner was noisy. Breakfast was a crowded area but had sufficient choice. Unfortunately, there was only one guy working and he had a hard time keeping everything stocked, but he tried hard. Staff were pleasant. Overall, you get what you pay for. We were only there for one night and only paid ***. We simply wanted a place to lay our head for a night. If that’s what you’re looking for, this hotel would be fine. Just try to avoid room ***. We saw other rooms when we passed by and they looked normal.🤷🏻‍♀️
