Cute vibe. Boutique. Nice pool. Location was good. We walked to Clifton Hill and the falls.
The $250 room deposit seemed a bit excessive

Located in the center on Niagara Falls. That’s the only good thing I can say of this hotel.
My stay was horrible. I was checked into the room that had clogged water under the bathtub. We called front desk & they sent housekeeping the following day who did nothing but turn the water off & did not even inform me. Time to shower, there was no water. That night & the following morning, I was asked to use the next room for a shower.
I was then moved to another room that “has water & functioning well”. The AC & fireplace were not working.
On the day of checking out, i asked for an extension of only 30mins, which they made seem like I was inconveniencing them and the receptionist told me they needed to prepare the room for other guests. While still there, I heard other guests also complain of the clogging in their room.
Stay away from this inn if you want to enjoy a stay in Niagara Falls. Terrible experience, I had! I’ll definitely never recommend anyone to this inn.
I’m now enjoying my stay in Niagara Falls at Sterling Span Inn at the same if not slightly less price & the service is 100 times better. Way better with Complementary breakfast.

Staff was friendly and check in and out was fast! Room was well laid out and bed was comfortable, the size of the room was huge! No problems with cluttered furnishings.
Bed was a little high for the wife..."fireplace" was actually an electric one, (still nice tho), but it should come with instructions to get it going. The elevator smelled of stagnant water...and the far wall of the pool had mold on the top corners...they did set up some dehumidifiers...

The Old Stone look is my preference to have a different feel and style of the place.
Carpet looks old and dirty from the alley to the room. A mini fridge would be nice to have in the room.

Not much
Dirty, no wifi, bathroom needs updating

Price before add ons and hiden fees.
Had no heat on Christmas Day, stuffed in the basement corner room even though there was tons of occupancy. that was dusty and gross and mold in the bathroom. Staff tried to help but because it was through booking.com we couldn’t get a refund. Would have preferred to sleep in our car. Chose because it was apparently a 3star hotel. I’ve stayed in motels with better accommodations.

The staff were friendly. The location was excellent. The bed and pillows were so comfortable.
Not knowing that the Inn charged for parking when you booked the room.

We liked our spacious room, quiet and peaceful area and very accessible to the attraction spots of Niagara, staff are friendly too. I love the main entrance ambiance so cozy and rustic ♥️
Nothing so far. We were surprised that their pool is already open and we weren’t informed of it so my baby wasn’t able to try it. Sad because, he loves to swim.

The lobby was decorated beautifully for Christmas!
Hallways were very dark, tall floor laps used for lighting. My husband had to search for an ice machine that worked, ended up in an area of the hotel that was pitch dark. “Upgraded room” had view of hotel pool.

Location, clean
Basic stuff like microwave, dental kit missing. Exorbitant charges for just one hour checkout request. Booklet with facilities at hotel not available in room.

I like the lobby and dj music, such a great place to stay for around Christmas
I did not like, the hallway tall lamps. Why aren’t the ceiling lights working? I do not like that you have to pay extra for parking. Build it all into the price or show the pricing. You expect to pay what your reservation says not extra charges. Such a money grab

Close by to everything
A little far to walk to the other side of the rooms. Elevator is a little too slow

AI generated pictures, dome they promote outside are paper thin , cold , dark area at the end of parking lot which only light are street lights
They were reluctant to give back reservations, reluctant to use that money for our dinner in their restaurant which we were the only customers

Good location, nicely decorated for Christmas, nice and clean, courteous staff.
Price for parking was more than it should be, we didn’t eat any meals they were to pricey not much appealing for us on menu.

Location great. Walking to restaurant and event was easy
Pool not available and parking was an extra 40.
4.0 / 10.0
The room was ok, bed was comfortable and fireplace nice.
The room was small for a suite, no table or mini fridge. The indoor pool that we were counting on was closed and they told me they would give me a discount but they did not. Plus they charged $40 a day to park which was an extra charge that they did not list in the booking.
5.0 / 10.0
The location was close to the falls restaurants and Clifton hill
The pool was closed and that was the main reason we booked here
Parking is expensive
The whole place needs a do over, and a good scrub
3.0 / 10.0
Pictures showed an old rustic beautiful Inn. However the style was only in restaurant area and the rest was a regular hotel.
Parking is an additional $40 (on hotel premises!!), doors were noisy and I heard people on the corridor.
Pool is an additional 17$- however "currently" is under the renovation (non visible at the time of stay).

All doors with no entry unless going through front door.
Rooms looked like balcony access, but none in building
Very thin walls and doors. Could hear all intimate things and conversations

Good location
You should really tell ppl they'll have to pay so much for parking on top of the room rate. It's shady business. Spiders in my bed, door banging in the door frame all night, room could have been cleaner. Apathetic staff. Will absolutely never come back.

Location was excellent
Parking costs were not explained and stupidly expensive, now I know why the car park was empty except 3 cars
The room was freshened each day but the drinks were never refilled so I had to ask for milk every day
Also paper cups in the room not very nice and wasteful
Breakfast was very limited and also the portions were too big so wasted a lot, better for me if it’s self service
Drinks in the bar stupidly expensive 15can plus tax for a can of beer
7.0 / 10.0
liked the location to the falls- very close and easy to find as well. Room was comfortable.
This is a pet friendly hotel- which is wonderful, but there are carpets in hallway and rooms surfaces- which keep the smell no matter how much you clean.
The air conditioning units are older style so don't remove humidity.
Parking is not included in the hotel cost and is extremely expensive.
8.0 / 10.0
The room was nice and had two chairs which meant we didn’t have to sit on the bed to watch TV.
The staff was very nice.
Multiple safety doors, limited entry doors and a winding path to the room, with additional stairs, made getting our luggage, etc. to the room difficult.
The bathtub was slippery with no safety rail. That made showering quite scary and dangerous.
5.0 / 10.0
Not a lot.
Our room was in the rear of the complex, so there was a fair walk to the elevator, down some stairs and around the building to our room. It was overlooking the courtyard, which was fine because there was nothing going on. Photos looked charming, but the reality is it's a bit rundown and not a great place to stay for the money charged.

Just visited to see the Falls. 2 rooms, 4 people, 4 dogs. It was nice, we realize that "dog rooms" are usually a challenge to keep up to the standards of non-dog rooms, however, our rooms were nice. They were deoderized, sanitized, and everything seemed freshly cleaned. It was our first time in Canada, and your city made a nice impression. The outside sitting area with the bar was really enjoyable. I wish we'd had more time to enjoy that.
Not a big deal, but a little more signage to get from the rooms to the front desk by navigating through the pool area would be nice. It's confusing at first.
