accommodated a room switch because there was no bathtub. Nice size room, comfortable beds. Pillows were a little small so not as comfortable as could have been. Staff was awesome. Pool was kept warm and clean. Room was clean.

People making noise above us and across from us on Saturday night but they moved us from 9th to 7th floor because there was no tub on the 9th floor room. Would prefer to be able to request microwave on booking instead of waiting until arrival.

Very clean renovated room, excellent location

Disappointed by the missing fireplace in the junior presidential suite, apparently they have been removed during renovation. The room is an actual king with spa bath, which is listed at a lower price.

The hotel was very clean and comfortable. The staff were professional and friendly.

It was easy to find, the staff were very friendly and knowledgeable, the restaurant in the hotel was good and meant that we didn’t have to go out into the freezing cold to find something to eat. There was lots of on-site parking available.

An okay experience considering the discount rate

Very spacious room, comfortable bed and pillow. We were given a discount, too because it was off season. Breakfast was good although you had to pay for it.

Television. Even though I was travelling, I would like to keep up with the news and the shows I watch. However, the TV programs provided do not include the public television channels I watch. Missed evening news and the television shows (without commercial interruptions). For this reason, I shall likely consider staying in a different hotel in the future.

Outdated room, very dark, broken elevators ( one on arrival, both at departure, we had to wait 20 min each way for service elevator, packed with other guests. Staff was mostly helpful but overwhelmed with broken elevators issues, expensive parking at added cost, at the price we paid it should be included, parking lot full, hard to find spot besides being paid for.

It is a great location, the big spa tub was great. The bed was super comfy, pillows were great. The view from the room was fantastic, waking up to the Niagara River.

The spa tub had no heat control and the water got extremely hot. One elevator was broken and not running waiting on an elevator was tough. They ended up telling me after I arrived parking was an extra charge. which I think should be included with the room, just my opinion.

For the value that you get for your money I would definitely come back

Room were pretty modern, comfortable and spacious. Rates were not that high compared to the known hotels. Parking was convenient and if you are doing Niagara parks activates then transportation is quite easy as you are located on the bus blue line. Coffee machine, iron, and mini fridge. AC was top… internet was perfect as well. Beds were super comfortable with a lot of pillows to choose from.

No safe!! No option to leave also any important belongings with front desk safe. This is not acceptable in any circumstances. No complementary water in the rooms. One small bottle of water was charged with around 4 Canadian dollars. Nearby parking is 5 dollar cheaper a day … I found this not acceptable ….Utilities were set to the minimum in the room. Only one elevator was working and the hotel has 10 stories.

Lots of Canadian fees when visiting. I visited last year so was aware, but we had people from TN. and they did not like the additional fees, like when you are staying at hotel and they charge an additional $25.00 for parking, tourist fees, and Canadian fees. Location. 15 minutes from the falls. Our room faced towards the falls. Had beautiful view of the fireworks.

Went to breakfast at The Keg in the hotel.Had to pay ahead of time and tip. I still like to tip according to the service. Waitstaff is young and needs training. I had to ask for cutlery. I had to ask to bring us some coffee( which was included)

Smelled kinda musty in the halls and little in the rooms. It is crazy that a courtyard like this is so expensive. I used my travel rewards to book so I didn’t spend too much but I would not have been happy if I paid full price. Hotel lobby and staff were nice but rooms are outdated - a ‘suite’ consists of a king bed, pull out coach that didnt work and large jetted tub right in the room outside of the bathroom. Why would a family want a big tub in the room ??? I never complained about the pullout couch because why bother if we were only staying one night. So I had to sleep on the couch while my daughters slept in the king size bed. When I tried to pull out the mattress, the bed would not go down to be level on the ground. It stood straight out in a diagonal position! It was kind of funny, but the mattress was weird anyway, it was very thin and looked kind of gross so I chose to just sleep on top of the couch with sheets covering the cushions. All in all it was ok just way too expensive for what you get.

Great location - our five grandkids enjoyed the Falls and Aquarium in Toronto.

The room was comfortable and clean. The location was great--walked to activities on the strip.

On the first night, our vehicle was compromised (we remember locking the doors) and items stolen from the SUV. The hotel staff seemed nonchalant about the situation and told us to call the police. The police didn't show...said they were busy. The hotel has signs indicating video surveillance of the parking lot. They refused to share a tape of that night with us -- said the police department needed to make a request to their IT staff. The items taken valued about $250.
