3rd or 4th time staying here, comfy, clean, nice pool and good location

Third or fourth time staying here and have stayed in another couple of places in Niagara Falls. This place is the best for location, value, amenities and cleanliness at the falls. I’m quite picky on cleanliness at hotels and this place was cleaner than some 4 and 5 star hotels I’ve stayed in. I didn’t notice a spec of dust in my room. Staff helped us get a crib for our baby to our room right away although we were early for checking in. All three staff members at front desk were prompt, professional, friendly and managed a busy check in with ease. Would return again next time.

We stayed in a suite with whirlpool tub. Everything was clean, neat and the separate shower had a good strong head. Walking distance to Niagara Falls, restaurants and Clifton Hill activities.

Have to pay for a parking pass even if you're a guest. The faux fireplace in the room was noisy.

This is a retro hotel, it is not new and shiny, but it's great fun, the location is just perfect and it's well p

WON’T STAY THERE AGAIN

The pool was decent. Pretty clean. Most of the staff were great.

NO BATHTUB, when travelling with a 4 year old you need. So no bathtub and the power for the bathroom went out more then 5 times was told it couldn’t be fixed til the Monday. We had to keep flicking the breaker. Had to have a maintenance guy in to fix water pressure/change the shower head so that took time out of our day. The women spoke to about our issues refused to switch our room.

The hotel was near Clifton Hill. The room was decently clean when we arrived.

The bathroom smelled like pee when we go there. Somehow we had to keep calling for toilet paper. They charged us the entire cost of the hotel upfront. Some of the linen appeared to have been previously stained by grease or something of the sort.

Great comfortable stay for the family.

It was comfortable, staff were friendly, pool was really nice and not too cold at all. Rooms were clean. Only miner thing, when we arrived at our room there were only 3 towels when there were 4 of us staying. But the staff were really prompt in providing extra towels for us.

It was clean and staff were helpful and friendly. The room had a strange minty smell but it was from whatever cleaning or airfreshing product they used . I would stay there again and the price was great.. The location is great it is only an 8 minute walk to the falls and all the attraction. It is in the middle of several resturants and stores. A good value.

Too many mirrors!

The bed was comfortable.

There was a mirror with lights above the bed and a hottub with a mirror and lights in the middle of the room. We felt quite uncomfortable. Its in a downtown location, so they are very careful about people using their parking lot. The spaces were very small and we had to go around a couple of times to finally find a spot.

I wouldn’t stay here again if it was free!

Location was great. You’re right there where all the fun stuff is and a short walk to the falls.

Hidden fees, a miserable manager to start and then we got to our room. Bathroom was very small and not enough towels. Our bed sheets didn’t even fit our beds. The beds were awful. Vending machine didn’t work. I could probably go on but I won’t.
