    I have been told that their will be a refrigerator. And it wasn't in the room.

    The staff treat this as a parking lot with a hotel, not a hotel with a parking lot. Hotel would not give free parking to guests! Wanted to charge $25 in addition to what we had already paid for the room! Had we known they don't give free parking to guests, we wouldn't have booked here. Room was smaller than others in the area. Evening staff was unprofessional. Front desk (and parking) attendant never took off sunglasses when engaging with customers. Hotel doesn't seem interested in a good customer experience as much as milking customers with surprise fees and charges as much as they can. Stay somewhere else!

    Once you enter you would notice a funky smell. The aircon did not work during our stay so we had to open the window despite being dangerous to do so. The wifi was so bad that (we were on the 3rd floor) it could not load any pictures. We had to use our mobile data. Parking is not free and you have to pay $20/night. The only positive was the great location. Definitely will not stay here again.
