    Here’s a polished but still firm version: The hotel is very well located for Niagara Falls tourism, but unfortunately that is the only real positive I can mention. The rooms were not well maintained, and the cleanliness was disappointing. There was an exposed wire in the bathroom, and while I do not know whether it was live, I certainly had no intention of finding out. The property also appeared to have several long-term stay residents, which did not give the hotel a great overall feel. Given the maintenance and cleanliness issues, I would not choose to stay here again.

    Tried to unlock door with key, lock just spins until it unlocks. fight to unlock door from inside. Door doesn't shut for bathroom. Five TV channels. Mold above tub, faucet drips, toilet runs & wiggle lightbulb for the light to go on. people hang out in front of window and door. No shuttle or Netflix that was on website. Getting Wi-Fi is a hassle. The whole room needs painting. View has construction fence & abandon hotel. part of hotel is sell your gold for cash.
