It was all that we needed for the few days of staying there

It was very close to attractions and restaurants. Bed was comfortable

Hot tub was dirty, no refrigerator in the room, no accessible water unless you go to the main lobby and pay $5 for a bottle or lukewarm water in a plastic container. No meat options with breakfast. No cutlery if you had food to bring back. Not a lot of parking.

Location was good. The room was clean.

The pool could have been warmer and the pool area had a bad musty smell. The room doors were being slammed most of the night people coming and going. The door closers could be adjusted to stop them from slamming and close softly. The breakfast area needs to be bigger.

Good place to lay your head and explore the area when awake.

The location for the price was decent. The breakfast is an added bonus not much to choose from but it’s definitely enough to start your day. For the most part everything we seen the place was clean.

There was a smell throughout the building couldn’t decipher exactly what it was the best we could come up with was musty. Our room the heater was incredibly noisy but used music low to sleep so it didn’t keep us up. I do know that the hotel has no control over the smoking of cannabis outside the building but people were smoking right at the back entrance in turn made the entire first floor smell badly. I also know I smoked cigarettes for over 20 years and prior to quitting never smoking at an entrance of any building out of respect for everyone.

Not much room in the breakfast area. We had to wait for people to leave so we could sit. Everything ran out but staff did try their best to keep up. Slamming doors all hours & yelling at kids in the hallways early morning that woke us up.

Great for a tourist visit

The location is great--central, near attractions. The Niagara falls are a walking distance. Central to museums and other attractions as well. The room is large, with two beds. Nice view too. Cleaning service provided every day. Booking.com provides better rates.

The breakfast could have been better. The space for breakfast is small and when there are many people there, they have to bump into you. They have the slowest elevator I have seen. :) You have to pay for parking.

I had an absolutely wonderful experience at this hotel. The facilities were exceptional — everything was clean, modern, and incredibly comfortable. The room was spacious and cozy, with every little detail thoughtfully designed to make the stay as pleasant as possible. The atmosphere of the hotel allowed me to relax completely and enjoy my time to the fullest. It truly felt like a proper vacation, where comfort and peace come naturally. The staff were friendly, attentive, and always ready to help, which made the stay even more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a perfect place to rest, recharge, and enjoy excellent amenities. I would gladly come back again! 🌟

This is our favourite inn whenever we go to Niagara Falls and we come here roughly 2-3 times a year and now I love the addition of the waffle maker but I think you should still have eggs for those who don’t like waffles

The constant drip of the bathtub tap it made it a little hard to sleep but once I used a facecloth and have just the end in the drain it silently stop the noise

Extremely disappointing

Good location, good parking.

The room was not prepared for the family, rather only for a couple. Upon asking for more towels at the front desk the first evening , we waited for a long time to receive these. The breakfast room was wholly inadequate for the number of guests in the hotel - total chaos, not enough food, juice, coffee, nowhere to sit. Chaos. Upon arriving to the hotel at the end of day 2, the room had only been cleaned tidied in the bathroom…. And we were down to 2 sets of towels again. The beds were not made, and the garbage was not emptied. Upon addressing this at the front desk, we were given more towels, and a note was made to have full housekeeping the next (3rd) day. Not luck. The third day, upon arriving back at the room, most towels were removed from the bathroom leaving basically 2.5 sets of towels, and the beds were once again not made. When we addressed this once again at the front desk, we received a long lecture as to why the housekeeping employee could not make the beds - it was because own pajamas were on the bed. After a long discussion, we were promised more towels and that the beds would be made while we were out at dinner. I complained to the CEO of Wyndham Hotels, complete with photos. My concern was passed on to Days Inn by Wyndham Niagara Falls, and we received an apology from Carrie Conner at Days Inn in Niagara Falls, who admitted that they had “missed the mark” regarding the service level. As well, we were offered a refund of 1 night’s payment for our stay. I accepted their apology and offer of a refund, but after over 2 months since receiving this offer in writing, not one single dollar has been refunded. So, really, that just says it all. We’re done with Days Inn.

Bathroom outdated, cracks on the walls, leaking toilet. Medicare breakfast, they removed the eggs and sausages, all left is carbs and fruits. I paid $22 for a parking which they was full.

We enjoyed every minute of it.

It’s close to all attractions. Walking distance to everything. A buffet restaurant for dinners and lunch was 6 minutes walk. And it was quite at night. WeGo bus stop for blue and green lines are near, which makes travelling to any location very convenient
