Close to Cliffton hill and nearby restaurants
I would say the receptionist in the night shift that gave us a not so welcome attitude.

Asked for early check-in and I was able to. House keeping lady was very nice.
Very disappointed with this stay. The customer service did not feel welcoming, and no breakfast was included.
The room was poorly prepared — all appliances were unplugged, and I had to move heavy furniture to plug in the fridge, coffee machine and lamp was also disconnected. The microwave and parking both required extra fees. Even the bed skirt was torn, making the room feel unclean.
This was supposed to be a deluxe room, but it didn’t feel like one. The sofa bed was very uncomfortable, and one of my friends even got hurt getting off it.
Overall, not worth the price and definitely not “deluxe.”

The staff were amazing one in particular was Antonio. He was so friendly and helpful. As I mentioned to him that we loved the hotel stay during the summer and decided to come back for my dusters bday, he quickly upgraded our rooms to have the views of the falls. He was so sweet. Thank you Antonio for your hospitality!!! We loved our views!!!
Also, the pool was up for maintenance the following day when we were staying, the staff were so accommodating that we were able to check in earlier than 4 so the kids could enjoy the pool for the majority of our stay.
The kids really enjoyed the swimming pool and the adults enjoyed the hot tub.
We plan on returning again during the summer.
Thank you to the Vittoria staff.

Great location - easy walking distance to Clifton Hill, restaurants and the Falls.
Limited parking at the hotel

Welcoming staff, provision of parking, comfortable and spacious rooms
We booked a room with a sofa bed as we are three adult women travelling together. There wasn’t any bedding for the sofa bed or extra blankets in the room. NB - we didn’t ask for the bedding or blankets - I am sure they would’ve provided it, but having it in the room would’ve been a 10/10

Clean, great location! Friendly staff.
The extra charge for parking - there should be a deal for 2 or more nights.
8.0 / 10.0
The room was very clean, roomy and was nice that the sofa bed was already out and made up for us.
I don't like the parking rules. If there are available parking spaces available upon arrival, you should be able to park there. We were told all spots were taken already and we had to park in the overflow. It should be first come, first served. If no spots at the hotel, then park in the overflow.

Location, staff, and comfort.
It wasn’t the absolute cleanest room I’ve ever seen.

Nice hotel, very friendly welcome at desk (shout out to Antonio), Restaurant and cleaning staff went above and beyond. On 10th floor, great view! Clean, modern, plenty of plugs. Decorated for Christmas!
We only had option to park offsite, since lot was full, arriving late and w/windy, cold weather would have loved to be closer. Breakfast could be a little cheaper, since it's not included.

i loved every bit of this property! the location is off the top street of the clifton hill district so you are still super close to the action but far enough that you don’t get the noise. we were able to walk to almost every attraction we had planned and were still able to stop at the hotel between and not lose any time. housekeeping is excellent as well, our beds and towels were fresh every morning and then even replenish your bottled water & coffee supplies. the indoor pool and hot tub were clean and relaxing after a long day sightseeing!

Professional staff, comfortable bed and modern room. Very pleasant experience.
I only wish we had a parking at the back of the hotel which we did not book early enough.

Cleanliness and Location
Upstairs was stomping so hard that my baby and wife can’t sleep. Keep stomping all night till early morning. I paid for inconvenience. Also, I was surprised about the $10 plus tax per day for the requested microwave in the room. I guess new rule. That’s all, our stay was still ok.

Located high on the ridge above the town in Ontario, we had a 9th floor large room with a large window over the town and American falls. Insist on falls view it was awesome. Horseshoe falls was behind foliage but overall best view!
Clean, ok parking situation, great staff and elevator service was pretty quick. Did not use pool or gym, we toured nonstop! You can walk everywhere in the town and we did, highly recommended if you don’t need a bunch of overpriced amenities and just want a comfortable, quiet, clean, nice view stay!
If you like gardens, halls and meeting rooms with fancy amenities this isn’t for you but it was perfect for us, no parking and valet waits and costs, not many tips to give out etc…

Location was fabulous, the falls and Clifton hill are all within 10-20 min walks. Did not have Fallsview but it was what we paid for.
Super thin walls in the rooms. We were disturbed around dinner time with really loud guests in the room next door engaging in intimate acts. This was the only downside however was not the hotel’s fault.

We were quite pleased with the customer service, especially the friendliness of the staff. Everything, from the booking up until check out, went smoothly. I would also like to mentionI that we had paid for their off-site parking, which allowed us until 2:00 p.m. to remove our car after check-out. Unfortunately, we were an hour late, but the staff kindly waived the $30 charge—a gesture we greatly appreciated.

The hotel is in a very convenient place for walking to the falls.

The room was very big and had an excellent view - 10th floor.
Shampoo, conditioner and shower gel dispensers rather than small individual ones.

The breakfast was pretty good. I find it very interesting that you pay 1799 for the buffet, but no drinks were included. It doesn’t cost that much for a cup of coffee or a glass of juice.
My husband asked to book a room with the king size bed and was told there’s none available. Then the day before and the same day we were arriving we receive an email saying we can upgrade for $30. So obviously there was a room. Also, when we went into our room, it smelled like wet dog.. I’m not sure if it was a pet friendly room but if it was, we were not told about it and would’ve asked for something different.
