Staff are very friendly and helpful and knowledgeable about local area facilities in the hotel are very good good laundry services, swimming pool and spa, rooms are very big parking on site for $25 a night or 15 offsite just around the corner. Location is perfect on the strip close to all the shops and attractions easy check-in and checkout at reception. Safe in the room free to use.

Very close location to Clifton hill and most nice restaurants around the are nice. Comfortable beds and pillows.
Pool is small not a major highlight of this hotel.

Hotel is on prime spot, just in front of city fun zone & surrounded with best food spots. Rooms are eel maintained.

The hotel has an awesome location, close enough to attractions but away from the busiest street so it's not too noisy at night. Very walkable to everything. Parking was hassle-free. Staff are friendly. The room and bathroom were very clean. It was unexpectedly hot that day, the a/c was already turned on before we checked in, which was very thoughtful. Loved it. Would stay again.
