While it was good for one night, the overall comfort of the room wasn't that great

The bathroom was clean and the beds were comfortable. The location is good, close to Niagara falls, many restaurants, and the Skylon tower. Staff at the hotel were very friendly and helpful.

Very convenient, close to all attractions, venues and restaurants

Very outdated, carpets need to be cleaned in rooms . No amenities in room, had to call down for soap A refrigerator and microwave in room would be beneficial. Updated ice machine. Should have an elevator installed due to 3 flights of stairs for people with accessibility issues. The worst was no t.v unless you call down and ask for a ROKU stick and have to use my own phone through the app!!!

The key cards didn’t work so I needed to be let in every time I went back to the room. There was very little to no wait for someone to let me in. The poor I’m guessing maintenance man. He was very nice while dealing with the system being down.

Rodeway Inn will work for travellers on a budget who need a cool quiet place to stay. It was cool

I would return to this location. I would also recommend to friends travelling on a budget. It is kinda centrally located, quiet environment, staff is chill. There is an older guy at the front who is really cool to talk to and was a good guide. Loved the ladies at Zappies, which is located beside the property. The snack machine on the ground floor had ok snacks that came in handy.

The restaurant and pool in the photos were down cause of renovations, so that was a little disappointing. No fridge with ammenities in room. TV did not work or was not connected to anything. The Ice machine was far from my room and on another floor.

Frustrating with misrepresentation on Rodeway website and Booking.com description not being accurate.

Large rooms, good linens and comfortable bed. Location

No swimming pool, no restaurant or continental breakfast in hotel. Keyless cards did not work so Fri treat had to open room every time. Fridge only available upon request, not In room. Rooms not serviced after 3 days were told this on request only. TVs didn’t work had to have a Roku set Up. Cheapest toiletries in room, take your own soap.

The staff was great and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable. I was there for a great relaxing time which is what I got. Looking forward already to my next stay at this location. I will definitely recommend this to anyone looking for a place to stay.

I liked the location. Close to the casino

I booked 2 rooms and I didn't like the fact that we were put in rooms with outdoor entry. I wasn't even aware that this hotel had outdoor entry rooms. I asked about inside entry and the person at the desk said I was too late for check in and it was first come first serve. I checked in around 4:30, not late at all and the hotel had already charged my credit card for the 2 rooms and security deposit way before I even checked in. I don't appreciate that my credit card was charged before I even saw the rooms. I guess it doesn't pay to make reservations ahead of time 😕

the location was good for sightseeing.

the lack of elevator, and amenities in the hotel itself was an issue. there wasn’t even a fridge in the room so we couldn’t keep any food or drink cold. and the ice machine was nowhere to be found. the staff was indifferent, and the unexpected $20 overnight parking fee was a bust too.

Property was very close to the fall except that all other was not as expected. Price while booking and final has conflict. Outside has lot of parking but still they charged.

the additional parking fee was collected and there was no water and the vending machine did not accept card we need to have exchange $ for CAD which was worst part as the exchange rate was decided based on the urgent the customer is very bad.
