Upon booking, we specifically requested a Fallsview room and later received confirmation that this request would be accommodated. However, upon check-in, the room provided did not match what was confirmed to us. We are very disappointed, as we relied on that assurance when finalizing our reservation. We hope you can review this situation and improve how confirmed requests are handled in the future.

Overall we were impressed and enjoyed our stay. I would go back.

The hotel didn't provide a breakfast which would have been nice, however Turtle Jacks which is located on the premises has a great kitchen and staff.

Winter parking was a hassle as there is no inside parking; there were attendants who were very helpful.

It was a birthday trip for my 6 year old and we got the bi-level room. I have to say it was one of the best times :) my son had a blast it was his 1st trip and hotel stay. He loved that he got his own room but wanted to stay in the pool haha.

We were looking forward to and payed extra for a view of the falls and could barely see out the windows they were so dirty. I have been to many hotels in that same area and never experienced sure poor visibility. Also we were looking for to and paid extra for special features like the pool and it was not in service. When staff were asked about both things it was passed off as being normal no offer to upgrade or wave our dog fee or anything.

Enjoyable Stay in a Comfortable Hotel

There are so many choices of hotels in Niagara and not all descriptions are clear whether a falls view is included. This makes it tricky to really understand what view you will have. So, I chose a room with no view based on cost and that we would be out and about most of the day and would see the falls from many angles (I was also travelling for 8 weeks so costs had to be weighed against other opportunities). On arrival we were upgraded complimentary. We received a lower-level floor with partial view of the falls and it was greatly appreciated. The two days we were there were cloudy, rainy and misty and the view wasn't clear (so in hindsight I'm happy we didn't pay extra for a view). But it's all about luck and timing..... The location of this hotel is slightly out of the way, but not anything to stress about. The bus does stop outside, I think every 20-30 minutes. But it's walkable down to the falls and then you either walk or take the Wego Bus. The room was large enough with two double beds and room for us to leave two large suitcases open and still be able to walk around easily. The beds were comfortable. The bathroom and shower were great. There was a coffee maker in the room (yay). But to be honest we didn't spend much time in the room!! Staff were lovely. I think my decision to stay at the same hotel would be based on cost at the time of booking. There's so much choice. But if a friend told me they'd booked a room for us at this hotel, I wouldn't be unhappy.

They are pet friendly so there was no issues travelling with our dog. The room was spacious and clean for sure.

I booked an Executive room thinking that it was going to be a very nice room but everything is outdated and not very nice looking... I insist the room was very clean but definitely very run down. We also got a ground floor room in a hotel by the name of "Niagara FallsVIEW"... they should call it Parking Lot View Hotel! Oh... we also had to pay additional parking lot fees to park in the hotel we were staying! And the vending machines do not offer any diet/sugar free products, I went through the 3 they have in the building and nothing. Hotel very expensive for what they offer.

The staff was very friendly. Convenient to the bus system. The view was OK, could kind of see the falls, but unless you had one of the more southerly rooms you would see much.

The walls of the rooms are paper thin. The sink in the room was cracked. The soap melted into mush after the first use. Restaurant was ok, staff was great, but the food was mediocre.

I’d go back tomorrow if I could

When we arrive as requested early check in was ready. We were there to celebrate a birthday and upon arrival we found out the Misty Country concert was on and we’re given complimentary tickets which was a wonderful bonus. On check out the next morning the same lady was on front desk and greeted us by name with a big smile, which was very impressive since the hotel was full.

I like everything, and our river view was also a partial view of the Canadian falls and an excellent view of the fireworks

I liked the convenience of the hotel location.

For the price I’m paying I would like a clean and comfortable room. The room had a very stinky smell and was very dirty. The bed was also very uncomfortable and we all got no sleep as people were knocking on our door all night at 2-3am.

I liked that the property was cleaned daily. Great location. walking distance to every thing. Lots of restaurants to choose from. Amazing view of the niagara falls. I had the 15th floor and the view was spectacular. Very quiet almost no noise. Workers were very attentive and nice.

Never used the pool. It was only 3 feet.

Nice view of Horseshoe Falls from the guest room we booked. Housekeeping did a great job every day. All the staff members were professional & courteous. On site restaurant was convenient & service was very good. Parking lot well maintained. Public areas of building updated & well maintained.

Jacuzzi tub was rusty/stained all around jets, didn’t look sanitary to use. Window treatment fell off when attempting to close. Multiple instances of black spots on caulk around windows. Caulk/grout in shower needed attention. Wall air conditioner unit was loud & struggled to cool the room. Refrigerator door dented. 3 of 4 pillows were flat & uncomfortable. Dark scuffs on entryway to bedroom ceiling needs painted. Run in carpet fabric at bathroom area. On premises handicapped parking too expensive. Complimentary parking would have been appreciated since there are no included meal options or discounts offered at the on site restaurant.

won’t stay here again

our room - right blind in room did not close, therefore very bright early in the morning, 06:30am. - plug for jetted tub not the right one. Water continuously leaked out, and had to keep adding water. - Night table on left side of bed to far away, couldn’t reach it, unless I rolled over and partially was out of bed. - Plug of lamp on same night table ran around the corner, through legs of chair of desk. Had to unplug lamp just to use desk.

Loved our stay!

Loved the location, staff was pleasant! Mattress was very comfortable and the view of the falls from the windows was great! AC worked well and we liked the jacuzzi tub. You’re right next to everything you want to go see, a short to medium walk to just about any main area of Niagara. Liked the security with the locked main doors at night (can use your key card to get in)

We enjoyed our stay but a few notes that could be improved on: -we liked the jacuzzi but unfortunately we realized when we turned the jets on it was dirty and hadn’t been flushed out, black hairs were popping up in the water and we are both blonde… -there are standard pillows on the king size beds. No big deal, they were comfortable! But definitely would’ve been better with the appropriate size pillows to the bed -the televisions only have cable, there is no ability to log into your streaming apps (such as a smart tv) and watch what you want, or even pay per view, it was all dependent on the stuff on cable -parking was a very high fee of $30 per night in the offsite area and $45 in the on site area. Was a little surprised
