Never Again

Location is the only good thing about this place.

I could make a list of things i disliked. The very loud dog that barked all night long in the room below us. the stench of stale cigarettes. having to stand outside in the freezing cold while I try to call the number taped to the door because they refuse to staff the office. I could go on and on. The footprint on the bathroom door that wasn’t cleaned off.

The place is very affordable and has a warm, home-like atmospher that makes you feel comfortable right away. The location is excellent with easy access to everything you need. It's perfect for group stays and family gatherinfgs because you can book multiple rooms together. I travelled with my pets and they wer comfortable and truly welcomed. The owner is very kind and welcoming which makes this place an excellent choice for people who prefer simplicity and want to save money.

Location was great. Owner was great and friendly. Glad I was able to have my dog with me. I will for sure be back for New Years Eve. Was very quiet considering the area. Clifton Hill was 5-6min walk if you don't stop at all the stores lol. Room was clean.

This was a very scary place. I did not end up being there an hour before someone tried to open my door. I ended up leaving and not staying.

Great location for the price, parking included, accommodating staff. Room was old, but clean with comfortable beds. A lot of the Niagara Falls motels can be hit and miss but this one is a hit. No bed bugs or anything like that.

A couple of sketchy looking guests, but that is to be expected in Niagara Falls with a lot of long-term residents in motels. No one caused any problems however and we felt reasonably safe.

Exceptional customer service keeps me coming back to this clean, comfortable and quiet motel. The owners are lovely people. The room I was originally given upon check-in had a drippy bathtub faucet that could not be fixed in a timely manner. I managed ok for one night, then was moved to another room for the remainder of my stay. Haya was very kind and apologetic and she helped me move my stuff to the new room. I was also allowed to keep my car parked on site past checkout time at no extra charge, while I was finishing up at a conference.

Nice little inn to stay at for the price

It was a nice little comfortable place to stay in. We only stayed for a night but we had a great experience. The owner was really nice and accomodating. The room was clean and enough space and the beds were comfortable. The place showed the age of the place but it wasn't a big issue. It was good for the price we paid.

I wish they gave us toothbrushes and toothpaste, but besides that, I think it was good. Can't say anything about the pool because it was under repair when we went.

Serviceable motel for a short stay in Niagara Falls, ON.

Well situated for car travel. Free parking. Lower cost for Niagara Falls. Hard floors in the room (maybe not all based on pics, so I made a request for one). Felt clean. Mini-fridge, microwave, controllable air con, soft but comfortable bed. Towels and the most basic of soap and shampoo included. Proprietors were extremely kind and helpful.

Other guests were rough, loud talking and hanging out drinking in the common areas. Strong lingering odor of cigarette smoke from the long years of smoking in room. No chain on door and insecure seeming windows that didn’t invite opening for fresh air (used the air vent setting on air con instead).

the hotel had a very nice owner. he was absolutely the sweetest man ever. he told me all sorts of information about the area that’s walking distance from the hotel and help us with all questions we had especially the driving in canada with kilometers.

WARNING : it's almost a scam : you have to pay 58$ extra fees by pets, that meens almost the price of the room. Also, wifi isn't really working. Nothing is really good about this place, and there is much better choices around thé city.

I would stay there again.

Location was excellent. Breakfast buffet across the street and the falls are about a 20 minute walk. Parking is a great deal and the workers were very accomidating to our needs.

I wish breakfast were included.
