My queen bed with Jacuzzi suite was i fested with house flies. They have not cleaned in that room for a few days maybe weeks when ever the last time it was rented.

had to pay for parking at their own parking lot ! saw 3 rooms all had mold and were dirty. The bad smell as soon as you openned the door gets too your nose......aweful nothing in the rooms except 2 flimsy towel and one facecloth , that for 2 people. floors extreemly dirty no plug for the lamp.....big door gaps.... refuse to refund us so we could go elsewhere. The manager lied and said Booking.com is responsable for refund, but it him that is, and he refused !

Rainbow motor inn. Not what I expected.

I liked how close it was to entertainment.

The plumbing was not working well. The bathtub plug doesn't work. The faucet in the bathroom was wobbly and not secured. Cockroaches were seen. There was a dirty towel in the garbage pail. Had to pay extra to park. The parking was full because they sell parking to others who don't stay.

There was a live spider on the ceiling when we enter the first room and stale smell. The manager changed the room for us and there was a dead bug hanging at the door. I asked him again to refund and he said he couldn't. He changed the room again and there was a dead bag in the bath tub but no refund and microwave was outside on the main floor with garbage around.it was not clean at all.I called booking.com but they didn't answer mycall and my kids didn't watch to go in the room because of the bugs so we had been sitting Timhortons for a while.

This is the single worst motel I have ever been in, in my life. And I have travelled half the globe.

Absolutely nothing. I am requesting my money back. I did not stay at the motel after I was told to leave or they would call the police. This is after they gave me the motel key. Please see below.

I booked this stay at Rainbow Motor Inn in Niagara Falls. However, we were kicked off the property after complaining about decrepit quality of the rooms, and no A/C, which was advertised on the booking.com site. There were many issues with this property: No A/C. The A/C that was there was barely functional, making the room around 30C The A/C filter looked as if it was from the 70s, this is a health concern The employee attempted to replace the A/C with another A/C while we were in the room, by tearing it out of the wall then trying to shove in another A/C, which did not work. We were concerned over safety at this point The quality of the beds were disgusting, they were yellow, smelled, and with the heat of the room it was unbearable to even sit there for longer than 20 minutes The sink faucet was falling apart The showers were in a terrible state Worst of all, they gave us these two "conjoined rooms", which we did not book. We booked a double-queen room, they gave us two separate rooms, one of which had the A/C problem. When we complained, they wanted to give us the room that we initially paid for, but initially, they claimed that the rooms they had were the only ones available. We requested our money back. They instead threatened to call the police. So we left the property. Honestly it was better driving back at 1AM than to stay here. From my perspective, this is definitely the worst motel I've ever seen.

Gave a $150 deposit and only getting $100 back even requesting to pull the video to show I gave them what was said on THEIR website. They refused I would give this place a zero. Room was dirty at least the floors were.

Rainbow Motor Inn: I keep coming back!

The more booking i do with Rainbow Motor Inn, the more warmth and smiles I experience with the people here. I found out that this is a family owned business for 65 years! What is exceptional with this inn is definitely its location. Being surrounded by restos, casino, and a few minutes walk to Clifton Hill and the world wonder Niagara falls. You will never go wrong choosing this place as your home here in the falls.

Until now i cant find a reason why i dont like the place. Thats why i keep coming back!

Rainbow Motor Inn: a Jewel in the heart of the Falls

The location is superb! Very homey vibes! Walking distance to the casino and a lot of commercial establishments. Everytime I visit Niagara falls I always pick this Inn because its very convenient, nice view from the patio, value for money is worth every penny. And the customer service is definitely their strength! I think this is a family runned business thats why it gives me the feeling of warmth and hospitality. I can truly say that Rainbow Motor Inn is a jewel found at the heart of Niagara Falls Canada!

None! It may not be a brand new high rise hotel but my stay in Rainbow Motor Inn has always been a blast! Definitely a place to stay here in Niagata falls!

DISGUSTING & COMPLETELY UNNACCEPTABLE💯🤢🤮😤💯

The location and the look of the place OUTSIDE as they are doing a nice job, fixing it up.

However, the CLEANINESS of the place is a WHOLE DIFFERENT story all together. It wasn't like the hotels were used to going to but for the kind of hotel you know, it was that didn't seem too bad when we first walked in, especially compared to others. We've been to, however, the bed could have definitely been more comfortable. The 1st REAL issue I had was the 2 PUBIC HAIRS that were ON THE TOILET 🚻🚽SEAT when I went to go pee and had to clean it 1st. The 2nd was when we went to use the hot tub later that night (I ALWAYS do my inspection🧐 FIRST🧐 to make sure it was ACTUALLY cleaned and that the cleaners ACTUALLLY did their job PROPERLY) AND THANK GOD I DID BCUS IT WAS DISGUSTING 🫣 😳 😐😒🤨 as there was still a ring around the tub 😮😦and as I continued my inspection🧐, I also found someone's dead skin😧😨😰🤢🤮 or the soap scum from when they used it AND also someones hair in 1 of the upper drains😨😮😯😲🤯🤢🤢🤮🤮🤮😠😡😡🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬🤬😤😤 I understand that sh!% happens sometimes, but THAT IS COMPLETELY UNNACCEPTABLE and ABSOLUTELY 1000% DISGUSTING 🤢🤮🤬 and unfortunately it was too late to have anything done about it so NEEDLESS to say we didn't exactly enjoy our night/stay in Niagara Falls, Ontario at The Rainbow Moror Inn due to the cleanliness and the facts that the next day when I brought it up to the owner and the cleaning lady that was there that day they BOTH just brushed it off. In fact, our alarm didn't go off bcus BOTH of our phones died due to THEIR power going out so we woke up late.

Only good thing was location. We have stayed here before and never had an issue. This time the tv was broken and when we asked about it we got told there was a problem with the cable. They brought another tv and it worked no problem. Also the guy at the front desk flat out lied to the person in front of us. When she asked about parking fee of $20 per night he said most other places charge $80-100 and that they are the cheapest. Complete lie, I’ve stayed in other hotels in the falls for 10-15 and some are free.

worst hotel ever .we booked a room with 2 queen beds..our reservation was cancelled from the hotel.. don't know why ..we got a room with 1 queen bed... the room was sooooo dirty . smells very very bad Everything was a nightmare...we left the hotel Couldn't stay there. The bed looks like someone peed in there.. bathroom wasn't clean at all No clean towels Was very discussing Never ever in my life I will book this Hotel again.
