Wouldn’t recommend unless I got an amazing deal.

It was easy to get in and out of and close to amenities.

It seemed like someone slapped lipstick on a pig. Our flooring in the bathroom was coming up and the room was really small. We had cancelled another hotel that was cheaper and would have been better for this hotel and we wish we hadn’t.

Nice, clean hotel

The place is waiting 20 minutes walk to the falls. The pool is nice and clean. The room was decent size and it is a bonus that we were a le to bring our dog with us

Overall not happy, would not go back

Location

The bed sheets and the towels were dirty, lots of hair everywhere. The parking is atrocious, $20 to park then they had us parking on a fire exit on the street in the back. I’m sorry but I shouldn’t have to pay for parking on the street and have to worry about getting ticketed if something happens. Along with there were no batteries in the remote, the direction of where to park was little to none.

I liked this hotel very much, especially breakfast. Will stay there again when I visit the town.

The room was spacious, very clean and the shower was very good. Service was very fast. There was only one person at reception when we arrived and she was serving another guest. However as soon as we arrived another staff member came out of the back room and registered us. So there was no waiting. I was impressed with the breakfast. There was a lot of food including hot food.

I would recommend to replace pillows. The ones they have are pretty old and not very comfortable.

Mainly enjoyed our visit as we do 2-3 times a year. The breakfast alone gives us a good reason to return again and again

We always love this hotel when travelling with our daughter and her family on visits to the Falls to see our son and his family. We get adjoining rooms so we can help with the grandchildren while having fun. The young people enjoy the pool and my grandson and his step-dad like to visit the gym The. breakfast is always a big hit.

The bed in our room was too soft for my bad back. The one my daughter had was too hard. lol. Guess we need somewhere in the middle. Would have liked more plugs around the beds

Interiors, there were broken gaps visible on walls in bathroom and room. Wall skarting was broken, air conditioner was leaking, water was coming inside the room. No proper exhaust.

The bed was old the mattress hurt me my back is killing me mow The rooms are very small not even chair or coach to relax or sit comfortably in had to sit in bed or computer chair for two people not ideal The size of the room for the price not that great pretty sure I got charged for the top king room and was given the smaller one I thought no carpet would be a good ideas but it was just dirty from the snow and salt and room felt empty The shower was awkward The breakfast is in the basement no natural light and not the best quality wise pretty basic Parking is a joke you pay for it if you leave your spot your not gonna find another spot had to Park in the electric spot

They tried to charge me for staying past 11am when they told me on the phone they only charge after 2pm then I called and they said they charge after 1pm extra 45 so I left a lil after 12 and they tried to charge me when I spoke to them that morning at 11am. It says heated pool and pool is not heated at all its actually freezing cold. Staff was the nicest

The staff were very friendly and welcoming. The hotel is based in walking distance from the main Niagara Falls at a fraction of the price from some of the other hotels in the area.

Taking into account the exceptional value for money to stay, the breakfast was limited but would still fill you up and the neighbourhood you had to be careful, but it wouldn't put me off staying again due to the value for money and friendly staff.

Decent, within budget

It was ok, nothing special. We booked this hotel due to the pool and but the water was cool. We did ask the front desk to make it warm. They said they would send someone to check.No one came by. Breakfast was decent for the price we paid, fried egg, boiled egg and sausage were there. Parking has in and out previlage, but 20 dollars plus tax per day is extra. Room was renovated looking, all in working conditions. They even came for service asked if we need anything. Overall decent stay.

It wasn't awful but it wasn't enjoyable.

The location was ok

It was not as updated and kept up with as the photos show. The room had an unpleasant smell. The hallway floors were sticky from only using a swiffer like cleaning tool. The bed was very worn and sunk in. The parking actually over flowed and we had to park in the extra parking which was behind a tall fence and was a tad sketchy. The breakfast seemed very nice; had an automatic pancake maker which was cool, the sausage was very plain and not very palatable, the eggs were a form of bland sliced cooked egg kind of like a spread out flat boiled egg. So the food was eh. The coffee and juices were nice. For the simple fact people come in and out from all over to stay at the hotel the employees should have all worn gloves while handling the food and any food devices and that was not the case. The stay was a bit disappointing.

Night mare city

Nothing, The Staff was not pleasant. The room was missing Towels in the bathroom. The T.V. Remote. Beds were old and uncomfortable. T.V. had to be turned on at the t.v. set. Overcharged for parking, resort fee when it really wasn't a resort. Etc.Etc....

EVERYTHING: When i went to the front desk to inform them of the issues. I was told to wait for someone to come and fix it. I had to go down to the front desk several times over a period of 1/2 hr. Only to get the towels, and T.V. remote that they told me to wait for in my room when they had them right there. This is the Second Choice Hotel that we stayed in. I can't recommend CHOICE HOTELS. I was told by both of them that this was Company Policy.

Overall, the experience didn’t match the value advertised.

It was clean

I booked a two–queen bedroom, but the beds were actually doubles, not queens. The beds themselves were uncomfortable, and the room felt much smaller than expected. Parking was another disappointment: although I paid for parking, spaces on the premises were limited. Guests were asked to park outside the property, which was both inconvenient and misleading.
