About this bed and breakfast
Welcome to our beautiful, comfortable and spacious 2-story home located in Niagara Falls, Canada!
Only 7 minutes drive to the Falls, Clifton Hill, Canada One Outlets, Niagara Square, many restaurants, and lots of other points of interest. Easy access to QEW.
Free coffee, coffee mate, sugar, salt, pepper, free 2 parking lots.
No PARTIES or EVENTS!
Washing and drying machine both are on site
Free parking for 2 cars
High speed Wireless internet
Smart TV
Electrical Outlet Receptacle available for Electric car (e.g. Tesla) charging, please bring your own Mobile Connector/NEMA 14-50 adaptor
Guests must comply with house rules which listed in the booklet on coffee table in living room.
Minimal noise between 9pm and 8am!
Please be respectful of the surrounding neighbors, and keep outside noise to a minimal level at any time
Shoes are not be worn inside the house
Food and/or drink is not allowed in any bedroom
For safety purpose, there is a camera installed OUTSIDE only.
There is no access to private rooms/basement which used as storage room.
Our house rules: primary renter must be 25 or older, no smoking, no parties or events, no pets. Please read the rules when you are on site.
