Great stay in Niagara Falls!

I really liked how spacious it was and how close it was to everything.

I didn't like how expensive the parking was. It seems way too much because when I looked around, other places had parking for $5, not $20. In the kitchen they were missing elements I would expect to have like a big mixing bowl.

Lovely short stay. We would return.

Very spacious, clean rooms. Walkable (even in winter) to most attractions. Kitchen reasonably equipped to prepare a basic meal. No stove, hotplate only. Pots and pans, plates and cutlery supplied in unit.

Hot water for showers could be warmer. Showers were not cold but not warm enough to enjoy.

Location was great, the staff very friendly and helpful. We loved our room, very comfortable bed and took advantage of the kitchenette.

The fact that we could hear the people next to us and in the hallway. I couldn't sleep the first night. We heard loud action movies, talking, kids in the hall. The sound travels. There is a sign at the front for quiet time between 11pm and 7am. But the noise was still going on at 2am and beyond.

I liked that the property was so clean and smelled good. The staff we encountered in our week stay were amazing, welcoming and always there to help if you needed anything. The General Manager was also a great help when we needed extra garbage bags and toilet paper.

I have stayed in Niagara Falls 3 times in the past 90 days. The facility was very nice and clean. The location was convenient to everywhere I needed to go, including downtown attractions. I was able to prepare quick and simple meals Staff responded timely to my request.

Nice to stay for family trip

It was equipped with everything we had wanted. They were very friendly and kindly to provide an additional blanket that I asked for.

1. Deposit has not been removed yet after 9 days passed. 2. When you use the hair dryer, you may not want to plug inside the bedrooms, for the circuit breaker will easily be activated due to the lack of amperage. Recommend to plug it to the outlets in the living room or bathrooms.

Cannery lofts was tucked away at the top of Clifton Hill. So no falls view but only short walk to downtown. We stayed in a King size loft and it was so tastefully decorated with high ceilings full kitchen and massive bathroom. The building is only 2 years old with parking for a fee $20. Door are locked from 7pm-7am with entry using your room key. I couldn’t recommend this place enough. They have all different kind of room options 2 level suites with massive kitchen island and 2 bathrooms. 5 Stars ⭐️ ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

Nice, new, clean hotel

The rooms are very spacious- we had a two bedroom suite. Fully stocked kitchen. Location is very good. It’s about a 10minute walk to the Falls, and a little removed from the really busy area of the city. Rooms are very quiet.

They charge $20/night for surface area parking. I think that charge was excessive. They have a huge, private parking lot, and it should be included with the room rate. Also, there is no housekeeping unless you stay 3+ nights, which I thought was unacceptable.

Pillows were extremely uncomfortable 😣 The staff that checked us in were extremely rude even rolled there eyes at us and laughed when we raised the fact we didn't feel comfortable paying for the tourist fee as we are not tourists. Was extremely uncomfortable as my husband and I Booked this one night's stay to get away from our extremely difficult life And we were made to feel uncomfortable And extremely judged We were not harassing. We were not rude. The way these two girls treated us we're very poor. I have never had a front desk staff roll their eyes at me that being said, I would never book a stay at this hotel again. There are many options And I would rather put my money into an accommodation where I am treated Respectfully, disrespect is not okay . Train your staff.

Location is perfect. Room is big, clean, confortable. Stuff are all very friendly, and we checked in pretty fast. Elevator is provided. Parking is free.
